i have a smart connection with no . [protected]. presently it is in ajmer (rajasthan) and no outgoing calls are possible although sufficient balance is there even all incoming calls are not receieveable . when we dail from ranchi, it does not materialise although we can send sms from here which is being recieved in ajmer. we are not getting the customer care nos. [protected] or [protected] .
we have also exerciesed the network selection mode as well as switched the phone on and off.
please look into the matter and act immedieately.
