Reliance GSM Connection — number not activated and shopkeeper threatens to use my identity | |||
sir i have bought new sim for reliance gsm for Rs 120 which was told to be activated within 3 days but when at the end of 5th day the number was not activated i returned the sim and ask the shopkeeper(Super net communication ,c block, noida sec 58) to retun the money he refused and when i asked for my identity proof(passport foto copy and photo) then also he refused and told me that he will sooner or later activate this on my identity and will use it. i afraid of some illegal activity may happen on my identity. i dont need money nor that sim i just want that may identity is not mis used. Reliance GSM Connection — signal and foolish customer service
sir/madam,i have bought two reliance gsm connection sim cards.nd since d day i got the customer service and the network connectivity is the worst tht one can even think.....
and dis kinda service is not expected from a company lik reliance...i got it from ur reliance wotld shop at sector 7 panchkula,134109.
wheneva i call the guy at reliance centre he is neva picking up the call....are v fool or what tht ur guys r ignoring our problem.....i[censored] r unable to handle ur customers...den pls let me knw....i'll make my all connections of family and friends to b switchd over from reliance to some other company.....
i hope u tak a sereous action regarding this.....

Reliance GSM Connection — charged more for my calls
i got a reliance gsm sim card on 3/nov/2007 i was said that after recharging with Rs.51 , my all calls including the std calls will be only 0.50 paise/min only and it will be activated in 48hrs but did not get activated, even i got a message that it will be activated in 48hrs, but nothing hapenned, my calls were charged Rs.1.50/min for one week. after one week they told me to activate with Rs.48, as the previous one has failed... now i had recharged again with Rs48. when i called the customer service they told they have no idea about this problemreliance /gsm connection — cutting of charges for activation without any acceptance and information
siri am holding a connection of gsm mobile service no.-[protected]. I have some problem with your services & have the following complaint regarding the same :-
1> I make a recharge of my no. with recharge of 20rs, 100rs and 10rs. but all the money is detected from my account due to some package activations, for which i never been informed and received any call or if i have received any call any time during this period, i have never selected or accepted any kind of package activation. when i contected to customer care for the same by telecom i have been told for my acceptance by telecom. This is a wrong happening with me. so that i request you to please take a action against it. If i will not be refunded my detected money i might be stop using the connection and your services & you might be using the one honest customer. please advise why this is been happening and when your going to refund my money.
2> When ever i received any call the no. of the call has not been displayed on my mobile i don't who & why the service has been de-activated for this no as no-one accept this kind of activation or request to de-activate this service on his mobile. I request you to please activate the same on Free of Cost basis ( if any cost levied).
Please look in to the matter and respond with the comments or steps taken by you.

Reliance GSM Connection — very very very poor network
hi, i m using rim prepaid connection since more than 1 year, there wasn't any issue with the network at all, but from 3-4 weak m facing lot of problem, i don't even able to call, msg, or receive call or msg.. I called the Customer care for the reason but they just gav me a fake reply that it will get solved soon but when yet not reveled....Thankyou!
Reliance GSM is a pathetic connection. The complete reliance network is pretty bad.I had one gsm connection, one data card and one cdma connection, all i have surrendered.
Reliance SIM — wrongly charged
Dear sir, I am the user of Reliance mobile. Few days back, reliance company charged my account wrongly.I also talked to Customer Care of Reliance, but all in vein. Thay deducted rs.11(approx.) from my main balance. They told me that I will get my money back soon within three days, but I haven't recieved it till now.
Ialso told them that if they will not give my money back, then I will go to Consumer Forum, but they said O.K.. if you want to go to consumer forumthen you may go.
Please sir, help me to solve my this problem.

Reliance GSM — Number not activated
I had taken a GSM sim no-[protected] for which i had submitted the document proof and photograph. it was activatd and on the 4th day it was deactivated stating that my documents doesn't reach them and told to contact the distributor. Since one week i am calling my distributor and visiting him morning and evening. he tells that my documents were submitted and my no will be activated very sson. Reliance GSM Connection — Deactivated cricket 20-20 pack & bollywood pack
My mobile no.[protected]My problem is your cricket 20-20 & bollywood pack .this service are not deactivated & my balance are day by day deducted cricket20-20 pack are Rs-5per day & Bollywood Rs-10 deducted my main balance.
customer care says this service are not deactivated our office.you go our reliance communication office barakhamba vijay bank building in 7th floor. I am just go in reliance office but my problem are not solve. reliance customer care says this service are deactivated only your handset . Reliance — CONNECTION NOT ACTIVATED
I HAVE MADE A PAYMENT OF 1055 WHICH WAS DUE ON MY ACCOUNT ON 3/11/2010, BUT MY LINE IS NOT BEING ACTIVATED TILL DATE 8/11/2010. COMPANY SERVICE CENTER IS HARRASSING ME FROM THE LAST 5 DAYS. We have taken a new GSM Connection with No.+91-[protected] in Hyderabad. For the first two day it has worked fine, and we have recharged with Rs.200/-. Then, on third day my outgoing connection got deactivate and on fourth day incoming is also deactivated with out any information. When we call to customer care, we came to know that it was registered with other name. Even after giving complaints no one has responded inculding Reliance Store. Reliance GSM Connection — Deduction of money
Deaar Sir/Madam,I am using a reliance GSM number(SIM) for my handset of phone number [protected]. Few months back i call on *333/198 & ask to deactivte all the services like caller tune & Sms pack.
All the services get deactivated.
Now suddenly around 1st week of jan 2011 30 Rs deducted from my account for caller tune but i didnt apply for any caller tune. then this is going on renewal again & again & balance is going deducted.
kindly look into the matter & credit the diduted balance into my account, Otherwise it is not possible for me to countenue with this number.

I have recharged my mob ph on 26/10/08 with a amt of 500Rs it was told by the dealer that I will get 600Rs talk time after that. But after recharging I only got 445Rs talk time. I am getting connect with Reliance Customer care repeatedly as well as to the dealer from whom I have collected the check. My Registration id no is 44117209 . Still now I am expecting that my remaining balance should be updated
