Reliance GSM Connection — Problem not solved after a number of complaints | |||
From friday (21/oct/11) onwards i am having some problem with sending messages from my reliance number ([protected]). I am getting error message which says "Message sending failed". So I have complained to reliance for the above stated problem. After a few hours I received an sms saying that the problem has been fixed. But when i tried to send sms it again said "Message sending failed". When i called again they took the complain again and this repeated for a number of times. Still the problem remains. Altogether I have lodged four complains to reliance but the result is the same. I have talked with higher authorities people of reliance, but it seems that no one is interested. They repeatedly promised to solve my problem and failed. Today (24/oct/11) morning I called to 198 again and said that the problem persists. The second time I called 198 my calls is being redirected to some pre-recorded ads. From that time each and every time i called 198 my calls are redirected to pre-recorded voice. This has previously happened to me when they were deducting money from my balance and i complained for that. If you people can't solve the problem then is that my fault? Then why are you redirecting my calls? I do pay for the service that i take and those are not free. Then why you people are unable to solve my problem? I will have to call to 198 if i have any problems and you can't neglect my calls for that... I don't think there is any problem from my side. Each and everything has been checked. Message center number, reply via same center all are checked. Even I changed my sim to another mobile but then also I am having problems with sending sms. What are those sick headed technical people doing there that even after four complains they are unable to solve my problem. I just can't bear it anymore. on my mobile it show me network but my barred incoming calls and out going calls.
plz it's a big problame for mi so plz do early any thing which is start early my connection .

Reliance GSM — conectivity problem
Amounts are deducting but message is not send by network & so many problems I am faceing when I use Reliance GSM network in Ujjain(M.P.) when I want to register my complain to customer care after dailing messege is blink in my mobile screen " ERROR IN NETWORK CONECTION"
