DEAR SIR I am having reliance prepaid GSM connection bearing number [protected]. You are deducting CRBT charges with out my consent You have set a call tune (malayalam) which I dont know. People laugh at me for keeping malayalam caller tune being kannadiga This is really embarrassing and ridiculos I tried many times to reach people from reliance but all in vain I tried to port this number to AIRTEL;that also refused by reliance Now I have stopped charging Reliance should not forget that one frustrated customer will tell 8 people with regards SS REDDY RIM [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Still the disease is persisting. On 25th July 2011 again I received a SMS (SPAM) stating that YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS 2 FOR A PERIOD OF 2 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMS UNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE). Fortunately I did not recharge by believing the promise from customer care representative who called me on[protected] from a mumbai number [protected]. VERY FUNNY !!! Friends be careful with this service provider who seems to have no ethics in business.
