Reliance GSM Mobile — for poor services | |
Dear sir, this is the customer of your reliance gsm mobile actually i did a easy recharge of rs.39 on 02/05/2008 for my no. which is [protected]. but the problem is that my GPRS was not activated and when i got the settings of GPRS the after i gor a sms from reliance that contact to customer care for activations of services, wenever i connect my massage was displaying on the screen that NETWORK ERROR so i tried a lot and every was saying my that your GPRS will be activated in short while, i phoned a lot of time over there but i did not got a good resopone finally i wested my money so my dear sir i want from you to returne my balance Regards, Praveen kumar sinha [protected] [protected]@yahoo.co.in Was this information helpful? | |

Dear sir,
I purchased your GSM sim on 26/1/09 which was activated after making four complain to your customer care on 31/1/09. I recharged the sim with 50 rupees top up Voucher on 1/2/09 but sorry to inform you that till date and by now 4/2/09 at 3:00 pm I have not received Rs 5/- balance inspite I have made four complain regarding the matter.
Reliance is a not only a branded name in Trade Mark but also in service, but I have experienced your Customer Care Service on of the worst service .
Moreover, the position of your Network is very poor. For making call I have to go to my house roof on the second floor where comes only 1 or 2 tower. I belong to Trans Yamuna Colony of Agra which is a goverment developed colony having A to G Blocks and every blocks have approx 1000 houses. In such a place I find no network or network problem which is a matter of great wonder.
Hope you will look into the matter and take necessary action towards the matter.

Many times I informed the costomer care service.But the problem was not solved till 01.09.09.In my home there are three gsm mobiles and a lot of GSM costomers in this area.Sowe suffer a lot for calling and receive the calls.I hope you will look in to the matter and take necessary action towards the matter.
