[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile — Illegal activation of VAS Subscription, without consumer knowing, and not taking complaint, Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile

I spoke to the Reliance Customer Care regarding my complaint,

Initially on 23nd Mar 2011 when i called them they said they are 2 services(VAS Services) are activated on my mobile [protected] number, i asked them to unsubscribe to these packages. they confired that the services are unsubscribed...

Then I recharged my mobile with RC150(Full Talktime) on 23nd Mar 2011 night.

Today on 25th mar 2011 morning when i checked my balance it was showing Rs.38(approx.). I again called customer care, spoke to Ibrar Khan(team lead customer care), he said there are again 3 services are activated [even no confirmatery messages are sent regarding the subscriptions] (as per their details) viz.,

1) Astrology Pack - activated on 24th-Mar-11 12:22:37pm - Rs. 30

2) Bollywood Subscription - activated on 25th-Mar-11 02:33:30am - Rs. 30

3) Symphotic2RW230 Subscription - activated on 25th-Mar-11 02:44:08am - Rs. 30

I did not activated any of the current & previous services(subscriptions) but still they are deducting the money from mobile balance...

The funniest details provided by them is that, today morning i activated pack no. 2 and 3 around 2:30am. it is very irrational answer.

Now i want my money to be refunded back, i did not activated any of the these subscriptions knowingly or unknowingly.

These two instances show that how the Reliance GSM Mobile is sucking the hardearned money of their consumers. even i did not know how many times the such instances happened to my mobile. And what about the rest of the Reliance Consumers...???

Reliance GSM — illegally & unknowinly deducting the money from main balance of mobile

dear,
we r old user of reliance GSM in M.P. there is a matter of complaint where Rs.30.00 were charged by the company on renewal of RMS services for a month. we r still not knowing the meaning of RMS services & hav'nt used this service in our account.therefore please refund our money of Rs.30.00 & the money should never be charged from our account by this means without asking us.
otherwise only legal way is left to overcome this problem.

WRONGLY CHARGE FOR NEWS PACK

Respected Sir,

I am Satish Jain I am user of Reliance Mobile (GSM) prepaid since last 2 year my mobile no. is [protected]. On 22.02.2011 at evening 8.00pm to 8.45pm my balance has been deduct Rs.30/- after 1 hour when i check my main Balance i shocked what is this, then I called Reliance Customer care at 9.30 pm for deduction of money from my account, but he told that please call after 2 hour due to some tecnical problem, then i call again at 12.30 am to Coustomer care, then he give me information you are activated a News Pack by dialing "*123*11# " but i told him that I am not activated any this type of services they do not listen any thing and said that This Services Are Activated By You, this are not fault by system.so we can't help us for this purpose, but I am 100% sure that I am not dail any this stupid type of no to activate of any service, so I requested you to please please take a action & refund my wrongly charge amount as early as possible.

So I Further request you to please take a neccesary action because 1/paisa is important form me. which are make by hard working day and night.

hello sir i am hemchand from moradabad up and mobile no. [protected] I have dnd services and registration no.[protected] on date 11 march 2011. Sir your all most services are automatically activate on my mobile no. and my balance is cuted and i told your cuustomer executive but they do not do well so i requist to plaese solve my proble as soon as possible...hurry

Sir if my problem that decucted my balance from mobile no. accout and problem do no solve than I will go to consumer cout that is my last way.

That's true, I also found this happened with me with my two numbers.

When we call, same answer you activated this services, the only solutions we have to keep tracking and say to deactivate.

There are millions o[censored]sers, we can't imagine how big amount going from our pocket without our knowledge.

Its a serious concern, there should be some confirmation system before activating this type of services.
