Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile — sim card getting rejected without any reason

my prepaid gsm mobile no.[protected] got rejected without any reason .my family members are getting annoyed because of it.I immediately want reason for this rejection of my sim.this is a very kind request to reliance communication to look into the problem and please resolve it.

This is sanoj from cochin,i;m using reliance gsm service from the one year.but 3 weeks before my sim card got rejected without any reason.i had 2 sim cards,one is tamilnadu(i was student in tamilnadu) and another one kerala circle.both sims got rejected almodt the same time.This was happened when i was in kerala.i kindly request you to take the necessarry steps in this problem.thankyou.

i m a gsm new user nd i m submitted all the certificets as per ur requirment at the time of purchesing the gsm card...my no is [protected]...my complaint is my no is not working from today morning ...i m submitted my DL(driving licence), and i m written the local address also i.e G11 first floor, pearl coronet, CV raman road, banglore,
so plz reactivat my no...

Reliance Prepaid (GSM) — Charging for without any reason(s)

Dear All,

I am one of the Reliance Prepaid Card user in South Delhi. before some days I
got a massage at night around 9 PM from Reliance mobile that a caller tune has successfully downloded to your mobile, it will charge 10 Rs. & 30/- for a monthly subscription.

I have never given my mobile to anybody to use; as the user can downloaded this tune to me. I was surprised. I have called next morning to the Reliance mobile customer care & ask him about this massage. The Executive told me that Reliance mobile has sent this massage to you & You (I) never request any service like this.

I strongly hate the caller tune, So I ask her to stop this service or whatever they has send to me. The executive did that & assure me that my balance will not be deduct for this service.

But that was false, After a day I call to my friend & after call balance figure shown on the screen after the call. The amount of Rs. 40/- was deducted from my balance. I called to Reliance Executive at the same moments. I told all the incident to him, He told me to not refund this amount to my balance amount.

This is a fraud by the Reliance Mobile. I have only one question that how much amount Reliance has collected like these incidents no body knows that. So I request you to refund my deducted amount as well as also make sure in future to not suffer any customer in future.

Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile — Balance is zero with no calls made

10 days back i recharged my mobile for 121 rupees. With out speaking much balance has become zero. Yesterday again recharged with 50 Rs, now the balance is only 2 rupees with out making any calls.

Hi Reliance Customercare,

I have been visiting there (the point of purchase) for a week. Even re-submitted the require documents again.

I wonder why you are not making any inquire in this regards. Like from where your number [protected] gets issued and if it had been in service for a week; then why you don’t have any records for the same? God forbid, if any terrorist activity had occur during that period with the help of this # what would you do?

I am fed up with your service and waiting to gets my # [protected] activates till this week and if this will not get activate I will have to go to consumer court.

Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile — AN UNAUTHORISED ACTIVATION OF UNNECESSARY PACKAGES

Dear Sir
I am the subscriber of RELAINCE GSM prepaid moble connection its no is [protected]. The company people are activating unauthorisedly un necessary packages when we are making recharge. It is not possible to use this phone when i was in emergeny. Kindly make necessary action about the complaint. Even the service center people are not responding we have wait for them minimum 15 for them online.

Reliance has activated CRBT service without my concern. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 40 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.
