[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile — wrong information & wrong plan activated

Sir... My relience gsm prepaid mobile(rajasthan ) is [protected]. My complaint is wrong data plan activated. Sir.. As per company 121 self service ivr company commited to give 3 GB 3g data for 30 days validity in rs. 38. This offer special for my number. Recharge today. As per company informataion i recharge my number with rs. 38. After recharge company credited only 300mb 3g data for 3 days validity. Also 198 complaint number is not connected from my mobile. I am disable to talk customer care exicutive on 198 number. Just call has been transferred to customer care exicutive & call has been disconnected. Please register my compaint.
