Reliance prepaid customer care — my outgoing calls barred why?

my relaince prepaid no [protected](Delhi region) has been barred since 19th august
i don't know why?

Dear All,

The Reliance Service is pathetic, they people twice taken identity/address proof and verified thrice same. But yesterday night 19th Jan 2009 I recieved msg. saying "your outgoing barred, to resume services contact customer care". In a month this is second time when my no. is going to de-activate after taking their 650 Rs balance policy.

I bought this no. from Neha Gupta shop, Marathalli and this no. is from Ms. Vaibhav Enterprises, Dodanakundi, Bangalore. The dealer name is Kumar and his Reliance agent is Ravi.

Don't know how we'll survive with this kind of facility...

Dear Sir,

My simply relience GSM prepaid no is [protected], taken few days ago and got activated on the same day, was working fine for 2 days, but third day when called custcare they said no documents reached, when went to retailer said already sent, chek after 48 hours again, still same when called CC, but after a week i get back to retailer when all outgoing n incoming is barred he says submit document again, when done even same after 48 hrs, called distributor(KRISNA MOBILE SHOP, Near Bus Stand,Shop No.6,Fort-SONGADH,Dist-Tapi ,GUJRAT ), he said sent check after 48 hrs, after 2 days called CC same, called channel patner said already sent, my complaint not recorded, this the WORST EVER CUSTOMER SUPPORT GUYS SPOILING THE WHOLE SERVICE INDUSTRY, now no response. Please take hard action against retailer & help me.

Personal prepaid sim — Regarding barred incoming and outgoing

I had migrated my no ([protected]) from post-paid to prepaid and before one weak i had submitted my form along with the document and after one day the outgoing and incoming calls is barred i had contacted with the nearest idea shop and they said to re-submit the document and i submitted and the connection no activated after two days again i went to the Idea service regarding the same and they says to re-submit the document on 18/12/09 and they says that the connection will start with in one hr but last two days im regularly going to the idea service but they just comitting that they will start or call us.But still the problem is same.

Dear All,

It is to bring into your kind notice that i am a reliance postpaid subscriber ([protected]) and i am not able to make std calls from this no.
I have continiously tried to register a complaint on their customer care([protected], [protected]) but no response came from there also .
Neither they are informing that why outgoing std calls are barred
Sir, this is hampering my work a lot.
Please do take actions against this

my mobile no barred from 8 aug.no cusromer care services in reliance.even i already complaint to the shopkeepers .but no aactions still now.i missed lot pf things for this incident

My name is Roshan from Pune.. I have been using the reliance CDMA number since last 8 years.. Cell No. [protected]... Suddenly my number Terminated without any prior notice.. Customer service as well as webworld people does not have any answer ...

Reliance must understand the vaue of the number which is use for last 8 years...

mera nam pawan gandhi he or mera mobile number [protected] he. mera outgoing calles 8 march 2011 ko band ho gaya tha to mene web world me contact kiya tab unhone muje kaha mera 480 rs due he wo bharde mene bhara fir bhi start nahi hua. 2 se 3 din tak muje compony wale gumate rahe kaha ki bas 3 hours me phone start ho jaega . mene 20 se 25 bar customer care me complain ki or kai bar web world ja ke aaya fir 11 march ko muje kaha aapke documents fir se submit kare mene kiya fir bhi start nahi hua. fir 12 march ko mene nodel office me contact kiya to muje kaha 540 rs or bhare to mene wo bhi bhara fir bhi start nahi hua. uske bad mene kai bar nodel office me or kai bar web world me contact kiya fir bhi mera no abhi tak start nehi hua . mera ye no bahut jajuri he or mere sare clients ke pas he so me no bhi change nahi kar sakta or jab tak outgoing nahi start hota me dusri service bhi nahi le sakta . me relinace se bahut pareshan ho gaya hu aap inke khilaf koi action le or jaldi se jaldi mera no start karae.

Reliance GSM number ([protected]) Barred for no reasons and without any pre-notification within the Mobile Service Providers forums, part of the Telecom category; My Reliance GSM mobile number has been barred by the service provider since more than a month now. I visited and I talked to 3 different guys(With Manager also) and I visited Head Office (HitechCity, Hyderabad) also all are said that this is some mistake (still they don't know what is the problem) and the number will be active by the next day (every visit im getting the same ans) and it still isnt activated. Please help.

My reliance new prepaid number [protected] is barred within two days after activation. I have applied two numbers of reliance one is working fine. Contacted customer care they said submit documents again. All is done but number is still not working even after 5 days
