[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Smart — Outgoing and incoming barred

I bought a new gsm connection from relaince dealer now outgoing and incoming services are barred they say its because of verification failed i submitted the ID again i didn't get any verification call how do they say that verification failed i am using five to six connections and i never faced this kind of problem first time i bought this conection just for free night calling facility . I request reliance GSM smart services please take strict action against my complaint if i already submitted my ID proofs two times then my connection is still barred my no. is [protected]
