sir i want to complaint against gsm service.wid in 1 month they forcibly activated from & bhakti tashan pack worth rs 20 without permission.when i called customer care service to know when and how it happened they blamed me directly...........that i have activated it ....and they told us ....during that period no such call was attended and denied me........to give my money back.
i have not activated any pack,but still they deducted subscription from my account balance......this happened twice in a month.....or whenever i recharged my balance it automatically deduct 20rs from my balance thenafter i got a message from tashan & it mention that u activated the bhakti tashan pack .when i talked to customer care executives they told me this is because of you.you have activated this pack.sometime they told me this pack is automatically renewal & this service is not active in ur number..so they told me we can not help you.also told me it will not deduct next month.but it was happened .so why it occurs .why should i do?WHY RELIANCE (GSM)IS CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMER .PLZ HELP.....WANT MY MONEY BACK..i can not call anywhere because of my account has -3.17 rs.so kindly help me to solve this problem. sir i want to complaint against i have activated 19 rs sms pack but per month my balance 40 to 45 rs cut for this service why i call customer care but they cant response me my no, is [protected] WHY RELIANCE (GSM)IS CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMER WANT MY MONEY BACK. otherwise i broken the sim and other member suggest cant use reliance smart sim ok sir
