I am using Reliance smart since last 7 years, i have complaint many times to the customer care to unsubscribe my caller tone, but they have not responded till date. I have messaged on 155223 many times but only one msg is received we are unable to process your request please retry later. I have repeated this same process about 100 times in last 3 years but no response. My no is [protected]. Is there any option to tackle these people or we...

dear sir,
sir i want to complaint against gsm service.wid in 1 month they forcibly activated from & bhakti tashan pack worth rs 20 without permission.when i called customer care service to know when and how it happened they blamed me directly...........that i have activated it ....and they told us ....during that period no such call was attended and denied me........to give my money back.

I have a connection of "reliance GSM" they have deduct my balance many time without any reason. how can i learn them a lesson.their customer service is miserable.and can't call any type of toll free no....

missed call alert off

i am using reliance GSM(smart) srvice ....
my plan in of MP circle. i have activated missed call alert service ..
i want to stop this service because it cost 15 rupee.they have given a no and and said that u have to write unsub and send that message to that no..when i trying to send that message 'message not sent try again later' msg is coming.i have tried it almost 35 times...customer care no is...
