[Resolved]  Reliance GSM(Smart) — missed call alert off

I want to know my current plans working on my number. I have tried calling customer care several time but they dont reply me with the details. My number is [protected] & the network at my residence is worst in Mumbai-11.

Reliance GSM service. — Miscalls Alert

This is to bring to your kind notice that i own a reliance GSM conection. Once i got a msg from the company about miscals alert.I registered for my miscal no. and Rs. 3/= was deducted from my account. but i didnt receive any msg about the numbers. i am really fedup and finally stoped calling the customer care beacause they are gud for nothing. for security reasons i am not giving my reliance GSM no.and name in which the connection has been taken. my complain no would be [protected]. i would really be suprised if i get some feed back.

Reliance Smart(GSM) — Miss Call Alert Not Working

Respected Sir,
My reliance Mobile No. [protected], I am active your miscall alert on 13.01.2010 there were monthly subscription deducted Rs. 15.00 instantly but till date I am not achieve your miscall alert service. Miscall alert is not working from last 9 days... I have complained and have also talked to the reliance customer care for more then 50 times and every body misguide me But, there is no response from them to active the service. Eveytime, they say your service is active if not so they will process the complaint and send the complain ID. All customer executive get the 2 days to for clear to service, but I am not able to the service, time period already deducted 9 days, if not possible the service in my mobile so plz. Cancel the subscription and back to deducted amount or its possible to able this service to give me 30days to active the service.
I request you to take a strict action against the comp. and kindly tell them to find a solution to my problem.

Reliance GSM(Smart) — low speed and loss of connectivity in gprs.

Respected Sir,
I had taken a Gprs 303 plan on 6 February .There is continuous loss in connectivity and very low speed during downloading and browsing.Reliance guarantee speed 35 kbps of downloading speed but I am not getting speed of 10 kbps during downloading.I would request that internet connectivity should be continuous with increase in downloading speed.

MISSED CALL ALERT ACTIVATED BY THE RELIANCE GSM PREPAID (NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER) WITHOUT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF MINE. AND THE BALANCE DEDUCTED FROM MY MAIN ACCOUNT.

May I know how to active MISS CALL ALEART in my reliance Smart no. (Prepaid) when my mob. switchd off. as well as how to deactivate this facility.

Reliance GSM(Smart) — illegal deduction oRs51 from my talk time mobile no. 09861424488

My mobile no.is [protected].I requested for internet facility on 30-1-11,but not activated by service provider and send a message that "dear subsriber, your request for mobilenet service has failed.Kindly recharge and try again".I recharged on[protected] but not requested for mobilenet service.Service provider forcely activeted that facility without my concent and deducted Rs51 from my talk time .Italk to customer care three times but don't t care and even they refused to lodge any coplain.I want that Rs51back to my talk time.Please help me to get back that Rs51.I lodged complain through internet at the earliest possible time when customer care not taken care. But problem not solved.

Reliance GSM(Smart) — balance cut

Dear sir,

i am goutam sutradhar. my mobile no is [protected]. My complain is that my mobile phone service provider
automatically cut my balance(Rs.20) with out any reason in 20.3.2011 to21.3.2011.
I called customer care(198) so many time but they can't solve my problem. with out any reason service provider cut my Rs. 20.00 from my main balance

i shall be highly obliged if you take a drastic action for my complain.

Reliance GSM(Smart) — regarding wrongly deducted my balance

Today i have recharged my smart number with Rs.29 internet plan offered by the service provider but when i browse to the internet the balance in deducted from my main balance and after that internet was disconnected from my number.
so in this whole process the reliance company is unnecessarily deducted my balance and i called to cutomer care atleast thousand time but after 2-3 rings they always disconnect it.....so i am unable to contact them and i am not understanding how to reach them now so i am willing to complain against the reliance gsm service so please help me out from this situation.

Reliance GSM service. — Deactivtion of service without giving Intemations

Hi
I am a reliance user from a long time.. My No. [protected]. I am having many problems with reliance As if from a month the service of Reliance is been getting worse. They are been deactivating the services without giving me any Intimations. 1) Miss Call Alerts. 2) 39 Rs Sms Pack... Reliance don't even care to intimate me to for deactivation of my Value added services Why is it so????
For getting out the ans whenever I called up to the Call centers.. The executive are so lazy they don't have manners to speak with me. they uses slang languages.. Such As " ha bolo na sir" and " kitni baar repeat karne lagao ge bola na 1 baar samajhta nahi hai" I mean how pathetic they are behaving and they also have the gut to disconnect my calls and transfer my call to the different executive Or to the different departments. and most importantly the senior executives.. last time when i talked with the senior executive asking for why the TRAI services have out the rule to send just 100 sms in a day he failed to ans me and when i asked him to connect me to the manager. he kept my line on a hold for 12 min and dint came back.. And when i called the executive today for get me the contact no. of the nodel officer he just said" we dont have it"...
What to do now you guys let me know should I discontinue my services or will you guys take some action on this because now MNP services are also been started...Give me the revert from your end as soon as possible Or else I have to take some strict actions from my side..
