Dear Sir : I am Prasenjit Dutta, my mobile number is [protected]. Last 03.09.2013 at 02.40.32 a.m. my account was debited with Rs. 16 for renewal of my college plan. But till now this college plan is no active in my number. 03.09.2013 se aaj tak customer care par 3 - 4 bar call kiya hay and mail kiya hay. Ajj jab call kiya hay toh mujhe bol raha hay ki "Hum ihan se 3 din ka record check kar pauingi." So, aap ka itna kharap service keliye main already Porting code le liya hu. Mera porting code hay EV244288 valid till 20-SEP-13. Agar 2 - 3 din may iss ka koi samadhan nahi huya to main porting kar ke Vodafone chal jaoungi.
