respected sir, i am a UG student and i wish to file a complaint against reliance india mobile. actually a cricket pack has been activated on my no. ([protected]) against my wish and without any pre information that led to a loss of Rs.30 from my balance. it is important to mention that when this pack has been activated i was attending my classes. when i talked to customer care regarding this matter they fully denied to help me and cancel the activated cricket pack. i wish you will take some appropriate against. thanking you yours faithfully Mayank Jaiswal Was this information helpful? | |||
