Reliance Infocom — Horrible customer service!
I am software Engineer working in pune, Maharastra (India).
I am staying in M.G.Road which is a heart of the city. Near by my apartment Reliance office also is there. One day person came to our flat and given reliance internet connection advertisement paper. In that one they mentioned contact person name as Kiran Kumar (cell No:[protected]). So i made a call to him later and asked for Reliance Broad Band connection details and opted for 320Kbps Bandwidth unlimited internet connection. For that one Rs.999/- per month. After two days he sent one of his subordinate, his name is Dixit(cell No:[protected]) to collect corresponding address proof details and Rs.500/- cheque. So i have given correspond documents and Rs.500/- cheque in four of Reliance infocom. They said that that Rs.500/- are for cable installation charges. They said that within 3 days they would install cable to my flat. But they didn't installed after 90 days also. They encased my cheque of worth 500/- from my ABN AMRO Bank account.
I made calls so many to the Kiran Kumar who is working in reliance broadband internet connection section. But he is not responding properly.
Still i have some hopes on Reliance complaint Board.
