[Resolved] Reliance Insurance — Bad words used by reliance call centre guys | |
hi, Such bad experience from reliance company . i got a call saying that you will get 250 % of bonus on current policy. i said i don't want policy and i cut the phone. again i got call from Delhi call center using bad words. words are tere baap ka maal hai kya , teri maa ki.. etc... i want you to sack that call center. and i need apologize letter from the company within 2 days. I got call from reliance . the guy was descripbing about some reliance plan . after listing few lines I said I dont have scope for investment . Then guy replied badly . I want some action against such calls . Phone number from which i got call is [protected] .
