[Resolved] Reliance Insurance — False promises
Reliance Insurance is a totally fraud company. Their teleshopping executives (as bunch of ), promises many things to sell their product and when you get the Insurance papers, not a single thing is mentioned as per the commitment. It takes such a long time for them to settle the issue and then you have to run from pillar to post to get your own money back. Such a useless and fraudulent company. I think the reliance empire is built totally on mistrust and duping others. Such companies will not survive for a long time. One day they will have to face their consequences. I will always pray that they fall to dust. Anthony. Was this information helpful?

Reliance — false promise
I have got reliance data card on the 1st of this month it didnt work on the same day. The next day it worked for 2hrs and from den it didnt work.A agent from APCO,Mr ARJUNAN ([protected]) came to my office and offered me data card for rs1599 on a monthly plan for 500 o[censored]nlimited usage for 23gb for one month. He also promised that if i am not happy with the product i can return back the product within six days .
when enquired with reliance about the plan they said there is no such plan offered by them and there is no return back policy with the data card.
Inspite of repeated calls to APCO there is no response from them and they bluntly tell that ''No money will be refunded do what ever you can'' i was shocked to listen this.
I want APCO to come and collect back the instrument and refund my money back to me at the earliest.
