[Resolved]  Reliance Leased Line — Internet not working properly

As a customer having two leased lines from Reliance, I have very bad experiences with Reliance. Even though they sign SLA of 98.5% uptime (which is 100% going to fail as per our records but not as per their records!!!)...

Its almost 2 months I have signed for 2mbps lease line with Reliance and till date they can not delivered despite of several reminders, They took initial installation amount in advance with promise that lease line will be commissioned in 20 days.

Such a pathetic service from an ISP of Reliance status its really sad and very unfortunate.

Finally I have to cancel the order and planning to place order. Please think before going to Reliance for any connectivity.

I am Mr.Hatim J Laljee I have Faced a Lot OF problems only coz of two persons Mr. Mayan and Mr. Sarvesh Maurya they are working as a sales team for leased line they promised me to give the line in 10 days but its 15 days passed and ders no line and Mr. Mayan Raise his hand dnt call up again i dnt no nythng and Mr. sarvesh he dnt recieve the phone wat does it mean pls pls take some strict actions on them pls coz of them i am facing problems in running cyber cafe they work in andheri office pls take some strict actions on them pls reliance.

I am really frustrated from Relience...Please dont take any lease line connection from them...their service guys and fraude ...i took the coonection and every day my lease line connection is getting down and my service manager is telling me always that BTS is down :) some time he says me ..he is in a marriage party ..so he cant help /...

I have sent emails to almost all the Relience officers but no body even respond my email...its really a dump company and deserve a position in Junk

Everytime the link down issue facing.

Nowdays also the same problem we are facing.

Everyday we are lock the call for link down issue.

We are thinking to switchover to other ISP.

Really Frustrated with the service of Reliance Leased Line connection. We have been suffereing with lot of connectivitiy issues since last 4 months. Apart from managing my team, registering complaints has become a regular task.

Seriously I would suggest everyone...NOT TO GO FOR RELIANCE LEASED LINE CONNECTION ...

HOrrible service ...Committed 20 days for installation ...after rigorous follow up installation done but when the first day we started to work on it they have some cut in Delhi & UP...Again after complaint more than 48 hrs passed no action has been taken, ...If this is the nature of work of Company Like Reliance...than God Bless all

And best thing is everytime you call them they say give us 1-2 hrs we commit you and they never stand on their commitment...Even they send mail that technician will be at your service and than he doesnt show up and after calling them they say that they didnt wanted to write that ...No Commitment NO PROMISES NO BUSINESS ETHICS... Sales People Never fullfill their commitments...

I am running an International BPO. I have paid standing charges to reliance for the lease line connection. They have committed me that I will get my connection live in 15 days. Now its 25 days and my connection is not live. They are not picking up my phone. I have very pathetic experience of service. I am loosing my business and client. What should I do. Should I report to consumer forum?
