[Resolved]  Reliance Leased Line — Company Sales Team Make False Commitment to sale The Connection

My Name is Karan i am running my web development company. About 2 month ago a Relience executive come to my office and give me details about leased line plans he say my work will go fastly as compare to broadband connection if i will go for Relience leased line connection.. i just told him my requirement that my budget is around 8000 rs per month but is it possible to get 1MBPS uploading and 1 MBPS downloading speed dedicated he say yes if you go for our 1MBPS plan then you will get the 1MBPS Downloading and 1MBPS uploading speed.

When i say to him i think we always get 1 ratio 8 speed for downloading and uploading in broadband he just say that no sir in leased link you will get 1 ration 1 means you will be able to download file in 1MBPS and same time your uploading speed also will be 1MBPS.. means you will able to download 200 MB file in 200 Sec..

when i say him if i will not satisfied or i get low speed then he say don't worry sir if you don't satisfied then you can terminate your connection and your billing circle will not start.. when you will confirm that you are satisfied with the speed the we will start your billing circle..

after 2 to 3 days his senior mr Naval Kishor from chandigarh branch came to visit my office and he also commit me same...

that i will get 1 MBPS speed and 100% uploading and 100% downloading...

and tell first i have to pay installation charges.. i say okay i can pay by check but if i don't get proper services then they commit to me that they will not deposit the check without my permission. if you will not satisfied our services then i will get back my check.. at that time my current account check book was finish so i give them my personal account check.. they commit me that they will install the connection with in 30 days

but after 45 days they instal the connection.. when their engineer check the speed i was getting 120KBPS downloading and 200KBPS uploading speed..

The engineers said sir there is problem with their 3g service so thats why you are getting the low speed the issue will be fixed with in few hours.. i told to mr naval about that he say don't worry sir you will get the speed which we commit.. then i say okay sir your engineer is saying to sign me on the form that the connection is install.. i will sign on next day then he say sir you have to sign then i said okay then on remarks i will write that i am not getting proper speed he say okay sir no issue with that...

on next morning i start the internet and same i getting 120KBPS downloading and 200KBPS uploading speed. i again call to local office team and naval kishor both say sir we are fixing the issue.. and getting same reply in next 3 days too..

on 5 th day i got message from my bank there is a check for clearing in my account of relience company and get bounced due to insufficient balance.. i immediately call to mr naval sir you was saying that you will not deposit the check without my permission i already told you that sir i am giving you my personal account check and in this account i always have around 10000 rs.. but you deposit the check without my permission he just reply me that sir i am really sorry our account department deposit the check by mistake. please don't worry. when i ask him about the speed issue he say don't worry sir the issue will be solved on tomorrow..

Next day i check again and i getting same issue i call him he say sir please send me the screen shoot..

i send him the screen shoot but he don't reply me.. after 2 days i again call him he said sir you are getting 1MBPS speed. the downloading speed is 128KBPS it's big B means you are getting 1MBPS speed sir..

i say what the hell is this. what you commit me.. he say sir you order for 1mbps connection we have in written. i say mr naval you commit me that i will get 1MBPS uploading and 1MBPS download speed that why i buy your connection which cost me around 8000 per month that 128 KBPS speed i am getting 250KBPS downloading speed on my connect broadband connection and for that i am just paying them 2200 rs per month including tax..

he say sir forget about the verbal you sign on the form.. that you order for 1MBPS connection and you are getting it..

the i say okay sir plese terminate my connection immediately .. i use your connection for around 12 days no issue i will pay for that 12 days but terminate my connection then he quickly say sir you also have to pay for the installation charges router rental charges etc..

it will be around 18000 rs..

i just tell him why i pay that extra charges i don't even use your internet i am saying you from the first day that i am not satisfied with your connection you give me wrong commitment and now you are blaming me that it's my mistake. that i belive in you guys.. and buy a connection from you...

and from last 15 days i am daily calling him to request him to take your all hardware.. and even i also send him on his official email id to take his all hardware from my office but he never reply me.. on call he say ohh sorry i forget to reply you about that email i will reply on it once i will have time...

i am requesting to consumer form please help me about this topic i don't want to make that issue that much big just want i am ready to pay them rental of my usage. even i on that connection to check the speed daily it aroudn 18 days i on the internet connection for check the speed most of the time their team tell me to start connection we want to trobuleshoot... on phone call they even not come to check why i am getting issue mr, naval say every day sir our engineer will visit and solve your problem but no one came. after the connection got install..

Reliance Broadband — No customer service, all false commitments

Hi,

This is to bring into your notice that I’ve been delivered Broadband USB modem on 22nd on April with a promise that connection would be activated within 4 hours.

I had clearly told them than that I don’t have a current address right now and I can only provide a letter from my company endorsing me and providing our company guest house as an address. I was provided all false promise that it would be fine and connection would be up within 4 hours, however not a thing has moved from than. Every time I call to check the status I’m told that it would be done within an hour. Today morning when I called to check the status again I’m told that they may require some more documents, with no idea of what they want and gave me another commitment that connection would be up within 10.00am.

I’m finding it extremely difficult to communicate with your executives as they provide a wrong picture upfront; promise to call back, and never do that; keep their cell phones switched off to avoid customer calls.

Kindly let me know the clear picture, if it has been such a challenge to active a connection for you guys than I have my serious doubts on your services. I would appreciate a refund of my money in case you can’t resolve this today.

Looking forward to your genuine commitment towards customers care.

Internet is not connected by 45 days arround after so many complaints made by me.No action taken by MTNL.Till date. MTNL employee make so many calls a day that your internet is working or not.

just get call from your billing department he just saying i have to pay the bill of aprox 18000 Rs. immediately other wise they will take legal action against me..

Hello Sir is this the way you deal with your customers yesterday i got notice from your lawyer. and on that notice he don't even mention his mobile no or any official phone no. he just mention a rediffmail id he don't even reply me on that mail too.

what type of people you hire for your work. all are totally irresponsible..

and i don't even get any call from your customer support. i mention my two no's but nobody call on that no's.

Every month we are facing link down issue for 15-20 days.
Very bad network from Reliance and worst management also.
