I was contacted by Viganaharta Direct Insurance Broking Pvt ltd for convassing on 28th Aug. During the convasing I was told about the moneyback policy, with the condition that this product is launched by the company for the limited period and today ( that Day) is the last day. The special benefit, i was told that a 20% bonus and 80% premium shall be returned in the begining of 4th year. For teh remaining 20% amount with the company, I shall be paid Rs1000/ as a pension for the life period. When I received the policy documents, it altogather diffierent. I feel that i have been CHEATED by the ADVISOR. Secondly, In the night of 28th itself, Copy of my PAN No., Cheque for Rs 50000/, and copy of teh bank passbook was collected with the understanding that The form/ Document shall be signed by next day by ludhiana branch of the company.But After my repeated requests that the original form/document should bear my signature but my all efforts went on the deaf ears of the company's irresponsible management. The issued me the policy documents by scanning my signature from the Copy of PAN card.The company has frauded my signature. If today, they have scanned my signature, tomorrow they can scan any other signature. Since the policy is in look in period, if I dont accept the policy, the company will deduct about 25% of the premimum i paid. Is there any body to help the helpless public. Futher to that I am seniorcitizen lady depending on my husband,s pension. If possible please take up my case with the company and get my full amount refunded, because i have been cheated by their advisor, and company played fraud with me. I shall remain grateful to you.
