[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — wrong policy done

Dear All,

This is to bring to your notice that i have taken two policies from reliance life insuance co.I went to chandigarh Sec 8 branch to collect my policy on 25/02/09as they were not delivered at my home.I was came to know that my free-look period is already over without even receiving the policies.On seen the policies details, i immeditely inform your advisor that these are regular policies and the charges are very very high (80%).He assured me that my policies would get canceled.But till date nothing has happened.
Your advisor has clearly cheated me of my hard earned money.I request you to kindly refund my money at your earliest as we are poor agreculturiest, we had already informed your advisor that due to our financial condition we would not be able to pay regular premiums still he give us regular pay policies.The advisor name is Ashish Ahuja(advisor code[protected].Ashish visited me along with his SM Shalini Ahuja. She was said GALTI HO GAYI KYA KARE.after that i went to his boss mr. Rajesh Rana from chandigarh branch he is also not able to solve my problem . Please help me ...
