[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd — not refunding the money | |||
I have surrender a policy (no.[protected] on 14July2010 of Reliance Life Insurance service request (no.[protected]). This was a ULIP policy Automatic Investment Plan. That time fund value was Rs. 76939.68 and surrender charges was Rs. 3846.98 so they have to pay me Rs.73092.70. As they are not giving my money back I have complain in Reliance customer care after that I have complain in IRDA Complain No.155/RELL on 19/08/10. In between the time i call several times to IRDA and reliance customer care they again and again telling me to wait for sometime. Already four month I have waited. Please do something for me.
