Dear Sir, Sub: PF settlement-reg- PF NO. MH / 48439 / 13096 I am M. Srijeyaraman (Employer ID:[protected] worked as Sales Manager at Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Oddanchatram Branch from the period 29.08.2007 to 05.10.2009. My PF No. is MH / 48439 / 13096 and I have submitted all documents including a cancelled cheque (cheque no. 640594- A/C no.[protected] ICICI Bank Ltd., Dindigul) regarding PF settlement on 05.10.2009 itself. Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd. — Reg:cancellation of receipt
Sir,I took a policy from RLIC on 31/08/2010 & deposited the cheque of 99500/- against it.I recieved the bond for the same. On 14/10/2010 my agent told me my cheque was lost & my receipt was cancelled. I inquired from the branch & was suggested to deposit the draft which i did but now they are saying it is not possible as old products has been closed. I want to know why my reciept was cancelled without informing me. They have also not lodged an FIR for the same. In my opinion it is complete neglegency of service.Till date company has not given me any explanation for this.Kindly suggest what should i do.
