[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — Non Receipt of Surrender Value | |||
Sir / Madam: I am holding Reliance SGYP Policy# 15532489 since November 2009. And, I surrendered the same on January 08, 2013 and I understand that in order to get the surrender value it normally takes 7 working days. However, I am yet to receive the surrender value from Reliance Life Insurance. Despite of contacting several times to Customer Care to find out the reason for the delay, I could not able to find the reason. Request you to please help me to get the same.
