Premium payment receipt not provided I had paid my premium around 01 Jan '2013 though my premium due date is 31st December since I need to show as an investment proof to get tax benefits. Even after my payment I am not being given the receipts. I have paid the premium payment of Rs. 13800/- on date 10/04/2014 and Rs. 13480/- on date 10/04/2015through BOI net banking. The Bank has given all the supportive documents for successful payment to Reliance Life Insurance. But till date I have not yet received the Receipt .
My Name is Patel Dineshbhai Naranbhai Policy No: 51608143.
Though I have paid well in advance they have not given any importance to that.
Pl send me the both receipt as early as possible.

Sir,I Brajesh kumar ,Policy no C4552200, Premium paid by net banking A/C on March 2012,But not received up to date of Premium Receipt.
