[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile CDMA Prepaid Service (Delhi) — Without my request started "My Tunes" in my phone and started charging money

Respected Sir,

I am a prepaid mobile holder from Reliance India Mobile and my no. is [protected]. I am holding this mobile no. since 2003.

On 25th November 2007, I phoned to Reliance Customer Care to clear my doubts of repeatedly reducing my prepaid balance and then I come to know that my phone number has “My Tunes” facility activated from September 2007, so they are charging Rupees One for each day and every day it is being deducted from my prepaid account balance which I never subscribed for.

I made an argument for the reversal of such amount which they are charging from September for a service which I have not subscribed for. The customer care executive refused to do so and not even accepted to give me the detail by date or anything else that I requested to start such service on my phone.

Neither they logged my complaint on such matter nor given me any complaint number by making excuses that their computer is not working so they are unable to log it on. I have phoned three times but I found every time a new person to convince this matter. I have noted down the time of call and the name of the executive whom I made this request.

Lastly on third time I got the answer that they will not refund the money and I am free to make complaint anywhere.

My complaint is regarding the services offered to prepaid consumer. They deduct Rs 10 for caller tunes, Rs 30 for mobile radio services or similar other services without your consent and they refuse to refund this amount when you tell about this problem. This happens every month and the customer care department says that it is not a system error and does not believe in that when we say that we have never asked for such so called value added services. This is highly unfair business practice. Though they have reduced the call charges now, they have found another way of extracting money from customers. This must stop and we all customers must unite to stop them from doing this practice.

Reliance Cdma Mobile — Irresponsible supervisors in Reliance CDMA Customer Care

Irresponsible Supervisors and floor incharges in Reliance CDMACustomer Care Service.
That is not a Reliance customer care that's just Reliance care. They kept it for protesting Reliance not for caring the customers.
They are developing daily as like, If any one wants worst experience just call to Reliance CDMA customer care, this the way they are behaving.
The customer service provided is the worst experience any one can have. The executives are so very irresponsible while talking to the customer and negligent towards their duties and role in customer handling. This people are not having satisfactory solution and are also insensible to answer the customer query asap.

Rim cdma Service Holder — Poor Service

My cdma mobile no. [protected] from last one month seems useless for me, it has problem like the handset screen shows full network tower but there is no incoming and outgoing calls connected, after repeated complaints to the customer service associate the problem is persist till date, this mobile no. is with me from last 15 months and if the prevailing problem continues then it will force me to change the operater. so, taking in view the reputation of Reliance Commun. kindly sort out my problem.

My mobile no. is [protected] and i have taken a sms pack of Rs.11 on Jan, 2010. On march 14, 2010 my account balance is near about Rs. 60 but you charged Rs.2/- per sms. My complain No. is[protected].
Kindly tell me how you charged Rs. 2/- per SMS on such a perticula period even though my balance is more than your required renewal amount. You can send detail by sms or email.

i m sheela kumari from south delhi, day before yesterday ur company deducted rs 20 from my balance. when i talked with customer care they replied me u would have activated any service. but i have never activated any service nor i got any activation message. i m your old customer. i[censored] don't return my balance. i will disconnect ur connection. u are requested to take action soon.

Reliance CDMA Prepaid Mobile — stealing of money from customer

I am a customer of reliance mobile for one year I register my no. for do not disturb service at the time of starting this no. but during this period I received several calls from insurence and Reliance itself which I never need .Last month i was sent a msg from company that I have subscribed for caller tune service I was shoked and called to custmor service after three to four times calling I was given a complaint no. and the money deducted from me was returned .But after only 15 days on 2nd of oct I was put in same situation and my mony was deducted by Reliance and after talking to custmer care they told that they can't do any thing and deduction is right. now suggest me what to do.

Reliance — lack in facilities & charging without reason

sir for the last 6 or 7 months,whenever i recharge they deduct my balance and when i ask then they just said u have activated a service .i have never acti vated any service .and this has happen repeatedly for 16 17 times.i m a student of 11 living in pg and i have to spend from my pocket money to recharge.sir i now want compensation from then
I am holding reliance CDMA postpaid no.[protected], from last two months I am receiving any bill on my residential address. I had alreday registered my complaint on customer care, they asked my email id ([protected]@yahoo.com) which I had given on phone. Despite of that till date neither I received soft copy nor hard one on my residential address. Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

I have a receive a sms from RM-RELIANCE that recharge your mobile Rs 22 and get 3000 local OR std seconds for 10 days..

Reliance Mobile — my tune service deactivate without my request

my tune service has been deactivate without my request and i have pay my all charges but i receive many msg that due to insufficient balance desire caller tune cannot be provisioned...pls resolve my problem shortly

reliance india mobiles — deducting money for caller tunes without my request

I have reliance CDMA Sim No.[protected] . Without my request for caller tunes the company is deducting amount from account whenever the balance in my phone is Rs,50/-or above . It is done many a times so far.
Thus I am put to financial loss but for no fault of mine.
