[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Phone — Disconnection of services without intimiation and harrasing for bill payment

I have taken a Reliance Post paid connection in last week of Nov 2012 and without notifying me they have disconnected my no. on 1st week of Dec 2012,when I called customer service I was told that there was some problem with address verification and the no. is deactivated .On 26/02/2013 I have got a Bill for the same no. ,again I called customer service and they told me that they will verify and get back to me ,but i didn't hear from them until 21 March.They have sent me a legal notice for paying an amount of Rs 541 . Please help me to resolve this issue.

Reliance India Mobile — disconnection of services

I had changed my prepaid plan to postpaid connection of Mobile no.[protected] in the month of July'11.

At the time of submitting documents to the above effect, i had authorised the service provider to recover my bill amount directly from my bank account. They had asked me to pay first bill by cash which i had paid and all subsequent bills were supposed to be realised directly from my bank account.I had given them the authority for electronic clearance system - ECS and had given a cancelled cheque of my savings bank account.

inspite of the above i was surprised and shocked that the service provider had barred my STD facilities then local facility and finally incoming call facilities. The barring of service was done when i was roaming out of state and due to that i had to face lot of inconvienience and mental torture.

I had made personal representation to this effect but i was not satisfied and my grievances were not redressed. So i am approaching this forum for redressal of my grievances and instruct the mobile service provider to grant me a compensatio of Rs. 10,000 for inconvience and mental torture suffered by me without any fault of mine.

You are requested to do needful as per the norms.

Reliance Mobile Phone — Deducting money from my account necessarily

Reg.my mobile No.[protected] .Reliance is creating unwanted calls and messages from their company for advertisements and has been deducting money regularly from my pre-paid account.

I have been a customer of the above phone which has pre-paid connection. The company has been deducting regularly a considerable amount from the account by making unwanted calls and sending messages related to advertisements. I have been calling the customer care and others regularly and complaining to them . But no one takes action. Due to this I have often kept my mobile switched off.

How long should a reputed company like Reliance take the loyal customers for a ride.

Will any one from Reliance take pain to read this and solve my problem.
