19.04.2010 From Biju.R, Biju Nivas,Pulluthottam, Vanchiyoor P.O, Alamcode,Attingal Trivandrum-695 102. To M/s Reliance Communications India Ltd., Sub:-Re-activation of GSM Post Paid Mobile No:-[protected]. Sir, This is to inform you that my GSM post paid mobile sim is not working for the past two weeks. I already paid Rs 250/- for deposit and Rs 35/- further paid for first bill. But they were not activated the sim till date. I complained the same to your customer care and nearest web world ,Attingal and Trivandrum but no satisfactory reply from them, which disturbed my routine to a great extent . Now I am loosing the belief and service of Reliance, even though I am using another CDMA Post Paid Connection No.[protected] for the past five years and I have also been alloted GSM prepaid connection No.[protected]. I thought that being an old customer, you will provide good service and care especially in the present mobile competition.but I could not even receive any favourable reply from your side. After getting a customer you are forgetting to do your duties and responsibilities.Your immediate action is expected in this matter to avoid further deterioration, may be done without any delay.
