Hi all,
I wanted to draw your attention towards my pain full experience with a Mobile re-charge .
well, i have been continuing Rs- 496 ( Jadu plan ) since 8 months.
i was happy with that plan . and some one intentionally re-charged Rs-33 / on my number .. so that previous plan was replaced with new plan . so i couldn't get my previous plan tariff .. and then 10 days continuously i complained to customer care of Reliance mobile Bangalore to do the needfull .
complain numb : 81758952 on 30th Nov 2008
these are the following customer care executives were telling different answers with them i had conversation ..
1 .Goutam
2. Sanjeev
3. Ratna
4. Manikanthan
5. Mohammad . Aman
6. Amit
7. Shilpa
8. Abdul
9. Santosh
10. Jagdish
after 1week they did escalate this issue to Nodal officer Miss Lakshmi .V and later she solved my problem .where i got my previous plan tariff ( Rs- 496 ) plan .
again after 1 week some one intentionally did easy re-charge of the amount Rs-33 /.

and complain number : 82987308
on 13th Dec 2008
now again and again the same problem persisting ..
so my request is that why don't reliance mobile technical staff take a look into it ????????
why don't they provide some security option while doing easy re-charge
i[censored] might have re-charged for the amount of Rs- 496 and some one intentionally has been done re-charge of the amount of Rs- 33/ then it replaces on previous plan ..
so in such case : where is the security ???
why does it happen ?? why don't Reliance Mobile people take a step into it ???
how many times i have to run behind from here to there ...
so plz do some need full .. its realy pain full .
now for an example Rs- 799 / plan would be there and someone intentionally will recharge for the amount of Rs- 33 /
then will it replace the previous plan ( Rs- 799 ) ?????
if yes ??? then where is the security on this ???
will it continue like this ?? or what ??

yaar same thing is happening with me also i don't understand what to do.
Am too facing the same problem . Every month they are activating service and deducting the money from my prepaid balance.
i am also getting crank calls from these reliance numbers [protected],[protected], [protected] for the past 3 weeks and the latest to call this morning is [protected]. on hearing a girl's voice, they are calling again n again from these numbers and saying they want to befriend me n meet me. one of caller said he is a driver. besides they call from some other nos. as well like [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. i am very disturbed from all this. Please help me out of this.
Reliance Mobile Phone — unable to make or receive calls
Sir.I am owner of two Relaince prepaid hand sets.My numbers are [protected] & [protected].For the last ten to twelve days I am not able to neither make call nor get incoming calls from even Reliance numbers.The other phone companies are out of question.Since we have been getting trouble free service from Reliance we do not have any other telephone connection.I have tried lodging a complaint to the number which receives complaints for Reliance phones but that call also does not go through and gets cut in 2 to 3 seconds.
You are requested to please immediately set this complaint right to enable me to be in touch with the family who live away from me.

With the bloody "Mitti Ke Rang" sms, Rs. 20 have been deducted from my account.
When i made call to customer care, those lay-men's are blamming that i might have activated mistakenly.
Atlast i got received my accoumt after a struggle of 2hrs waste of time.
To bad and too worst service the Reliance People are providing, simply they are robbery the customers.

Reliance Mobile Phone — Complaint against Dealers
Hi,I am Lydia Esther Edwin. I wanted to draw your attention towards my awful experience with a Mobile dealer.
I wanted to take Reliance Mobile since i wanted to utilise the STD Reliance - Reliance free offer. I have come to Bangalore a couple of months ago and so realised that this offer could be of a great help.
Yesterday, the 31st August, 2008, I had purchased an LG hand set for Rs.999, from one of the Reliance Mobile shops in Madivala. (Address given below)
The connection did not get activated immediately, the shop keeper said that 'its Sunday, the distributer has switched off his phone, wait till evening, I will get it done'. I waited till last evening, and he calls me up and tells me that the phone will be activated by 10am tomorrow.' I thought it was fine.
Today, the 1st Sept, 2008, I went to his shop again, and he called up a person, and i think it is the distributer. And I was still asked to wait till this evening. And i was not happy the way the activation was getting delayed and i too spoke to that person over phone. However, around 3pm today it got activated.
Soon after I got the phone activated, I wanted to thank the shopkeeper and also wanted to purchase the Rs.496/- recharge and tried to call him a couple of times, but no response. Thinking it is lunch time, and the shopkeeper was resting, I moved to BDA Complex as I had some personal work there. There I walked into a shop where i saw Reliance board to purchase the recharge card. When enquired, he tells me that the offer was closed yesterday, the 31st August. I was shocked and tried to enquire in an other shop. That shopkeeper took pains, called the customer care as well, to confirm that the offer is no more.
Since I heard about the closure of the offer, I tried to call the shopkeeper (who sold me the handset)several times. Even the shopkeeper in the BDA Complex tried to contact him, but failed. None of our calls were answered. I came back to the shop in the evening, the shutter of the shop was half closed, (the shopkeeper lives in the same building).
I went back to him at about 6:30 pm. The shop keeper never paid attention to me after a little while, I returned the hand set and asked him to return my money. He just gave me back the money. I then told him that he had not been honest with me, he knew that I just wanted the phone to call my home which is in Andhra Pradesh. I had to walk so many times to the shop and the whole day I was waiting to make some important calls through this Reliance phone. The shopkeeper says 'I had paid you the money and now you GET LOST, who tells you that the offer is closed, the offer is still there'.
I was upset listening to his rude words. I told him not to speak that way, and i could also raise a complaint for what has happened with me. Now the shopkeeper tells me 'U ARE NEW TO BANGALORE, AND MIND YOU' 'DO YOU HAVE GUTS, COME ON, LETS GO TO THE POLICE STATION. YOU ARE A GIRL AND GET LOST YOU BLOODY. And this really hurt me so utterly. Does he mean to threaten me and my stay in this area of Bangalore? All that i was telling him is to speak politely and he was screaming at the top of his voice. There were just a couple of people in the shop and a couple more clustered there and they were like ... 'he paid you the money, u leave now. Go away'.
The shop is located in the street where I usually walk through. And with a person with such an attitude, could act in any crazy way.
I think I have every right to tell him that he was dishonest and made me run around him for so many times. The shop might have been an age old one or the shopkeeper might have a good repute in that area, but, he should not have behaved with me that way.
I always had an good impression on Reliance. We have a Reliance mobile at home as well. But, this experience has really hurt my feelings and I have no option other than to let you know, though I am just one person in the millions of Reliance users.
I suggest that the training or adivce given to the customer care guys should also be given to everyone who deals with the product. It is a disgrace to have such black sheep dealing with a renowned brand.
