Disconnection of services without intimiation and harrasing for bill payment

I have taken a Reliance Post paid connection in last week of Nov 2012 and without notifying me they have disconnected my no. on 1st week of Dec 2012,when I called customer service I was told that there was some problem with address verification and the no. is deactivated .On 26/02/2013 I have got a Bill for the same no. ,again I called customer service and they told me that they will verify and get back to me ,but i didn't...

Activate mitti ke rang without informing me

Dear Sir,

when i am putting money in my mobile some amount is getting deduct regularly after recharging in my two Mobiles No. [protected] & [protected].when i asked to customer care they replied that the service "Mitti ke rang has been activated in both nos.first they activate the service without intimating me and now when i am saying to deactivate the same service they are just ignoring.

After Surrender the Phone and full payment - Reliance sent me bills

Dear Sir,
A CAF No. [protected], surrendered on 10/12/07 and at that time, I had submitted a cheque no. 543695 dt 10/12/07 of amt Rs 2302.00 againsst balance payment of above CAF No. At that time Reliance Web World told me that Only one bills come after the full & final settlement . So, After receiving a bills for the month of january 08 I had paid a amt of Rs. 401 vide Ch. No. 885188 dt 08/02/08. But still i am receiving bills...
