[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Postpaid — Making loss of Rs.800 Against Bill Amt of Rs.485

(Bill payment is through ECS) Due to restricted Calls & as per the customer care Person's (call centere) instruction, I have paid the Bill Amt of RS 1473/- against the ills amt of Rs1431/- on 10th Feb 2009 before due date ( i.e. 25 Feb 2009), The Same Bills is sent to My acct Thrugh ECS on 25th Feb, ( even after payment), Due to less fund availability the ECS cheque has been rejected from bank, for cheque returning fee which My Bank has charged a penalty of Rs 281/-
Since the ECS has been rejected Reliance again sent the Cheque to the bank, n again penalty of Rs.281/-, Reliance it self charges Rs 50 for Cheque return And Since that was alos twice the are charging me Rs 50/- more on bill. So the total Penalty becomes Rs 662/- against billing amt of Rs.485/-

Where As as a customer I had paid my bill before time. even then m suffering. &
The whole mistake is from Reliance only,
plz is there any one who can tell me what to do ...i need to o to Consumer court.

Reliance Mobile — Loss Rs.

Mai jab jab recharge karvata hu to 10 Rs.kat leta hai. Mai koi bhi offer activet nahi karta to bhi kat lete hai. Aisa mere sath 4 bar hua.
