[Resolved] Reliance Mobile Postpaid — refund | |
After paying 30-40 rs p.m. for reliance world or some bogus service which i never used, about 6-7 months later i dumped my postpaid connction in june 2008, got a receipt from their office about disconnecting mobile, i had rs 760 to my side which i had paid earlier and that got confirmed in the FINAL bill bot the problem isi, m still waiting for the refund cheque even after 8 months, leave apart my mental torture of sending emails, countless visits to the web world, calls to the customer care for which i have to pay becoz. i don, t have that phone now, i think company is waiting for me to give back, but let me tell through this medium that i will drag them to the last resort possible even though the amount involved is not too much .You go to have a new connection u will get in 5 mins. and for the refund i am still waiting for last 9 months.Thats the state of affairs in our country, very disgusting. I bought a reliance datacard for internet unlimited plan and i was given a postpaid sim with it.i was told that it will be only activated upon my consent. I got a call from RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE and the lady asked me whether to activate my postpaid or not which i refused. But when the bill was generated, the bill for postpaid was also generated. I have been trying to reach customer care *222 for last 15 days but that number never works. I want my postpaid, which i did not activate to be deactivated also my useless bill to be corrected and regenerated, my post paid for which i am lodging complaint is [protected]
