[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Postpaid — Non-receipt of Bill for 6 months

Hello,

For over 6 months I have been calling every other week asking the Customer Care people at Reliance on *333 and *222 - demanding a bill for my mobile which I have since many years at the same verified address in the same city.

For first 4 months they claimed that their courier agency has changed so postpaid customers will not get bills at home anymore.

Now the *222 personnel are shamelessly updating their records to claim that the bill is delivered - so this way they can close their open complaints.

Every month the Customer Care creates a new Service Request number and dupe me into paying the bill - and then never resolve the problem.

I haven't missed a due date for any bill since I got this phone more than 3 years ago - and this is how Reliance Customer Care treats its Postpaid Mobile Customers - by making them beg for a bill and threatening Late Fee Payment on non-payment of bill which they refuse to deliver at a Verified Address.

The *333 and *222 staff are beyond incompetent - they just don't give a damn if the customer complains every week of every month for more than 6 months - they just post a service request and then quietly close their open cases.

Last month I had to raise Service Request for my First Bill of the Brand New Netconnect Connection as well.

So now apart from begging for a Postpaid Mobile Bill, I have to also beg for a Broadband Netconnect Postpaid bill as well from now on.

The Nodal Officers landline number given by the Customer Care is another way they cheat customers - that number is always engaged 24x7 because it is surely off the hook and no one is going to answer that phone.

THERE IS NO SOLUTION !!!
Postpaid customers are expected to pay their bill for months and more months without getting a bill delivered at their verified address.
Seventh month now in November when I am to pay the bill without getting the bill.

Customer Care is enjoying this drama at customer's expense.

Has anyone else faced such a problem - please voice your experience with Billing.
