[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Prepaid — Balance deduction!

There was a sudden pre-paid balance deduction happen and within 10 days, it went into minus!!! I contacted Jamnagar outlet and they informed that we have to contact Shudir Bhaduri on [protected] which is Ahmadabad number; indirectly to get my money back I have to make PAID CALLS!!!

When I called that number some Mr. Deepak Joshi picked up the phone and he is not ready to help without complain number!!! Even he spoke very rudely and when I asked him for his Boss, he told he himself is the boss and there is no other boss.
