[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Prepaid — deduction without subscription

reliance deducted rs. 3.00 without any subscription to any service on7th april and on 10th as well and a msg flashed that rs. 3 has been charged for ussd services. when i tried to tell the costumer care every time they said that the system is down and call later. m i so idle that i keep on calling c.care every minute. kindly do something. my reliance no. is [protected]

I dint find any information about how to unsubscribe the caller tune. And specially when i change my caller tune even then it always download the old ones automatically in every 3 months...I've changed lots of caller tune so my whole balance just always get deducted in downloading the caller tunes which i'm not using. Can someone please provide me solution for this otherwise i'll just have to change my no. And I never got the chance to got through any customer care no. it keeps you waiting for even hours with no response.

i have mb no. [protected] and from 2 months my balance is deducted without making a call and without using any other service. Even many times my balence is negative and icant understand why it is so ?

Reliance Mobile — Wrong Deduction Every Time

Resp. Sir,
I'm using Reliance Mobil phone from last few years. Some days ago, it had launched a facility of Caller Tunes. As others me too had subscribed for it. Since from that time my account balance is being deducted on the names of caller tunes. When I asked the reason of my deduction to Customer Care they are not giving me proper answers. Many a times I have launched complaints to them but it was invain.
They say that, once a caller tune has been downloaded it should be renewed after three months. If our account has sufficient balance, it would be renewed automatically, otherwise it will be deleted. But though I had insufficient balance, they were being renewed automatically. I tried to unsubscribe or delete the tunes but i got negative response. I asked them for returning my amount which was deducted unlawfully, but I got no positive answer.
Sir, till now I faced this problem many times. So please look into the matter carefully and take some action. The mobile number i used was [protected]. But now for correspondance I am using [protected].

Reliance mobile prepaid — untrained customer care executive

I called up customer care to know and to register a complaint regarding msgs service that Y i am not able to send msgs to other network including reliance..
Vivek Kumar (cce) from mohali not only couldn't solve my query and he didn't register my complaint saying that i m nt able to raise the complaint regarding dis.. and if i was talking to him from 15min , he goes onn holding my call for 10min.. and widin 5min.. he was jst kept on saying that sry for the inconviniace causing you plz turn on your delivery ack which was not all a solution to my problem nd at the end he just hung up my call widout giving me any specific reason for the same nor he register complaint
I want restrict action against him..

Reliance mobile prepaid — Deduction for unrequested sms service

I hold Reliance mobile No [protected].
I had been receiving unsolicited SMS on Kollywood
I had never subscribed for the service ! Today I get an SMS saying that the service is due for renewal tomorrow and to unsubscribe I have to send an sms to a particular No. When I send the sms as per their message it was not successful

I have Rel.(Smart) No. [protected] from 2005. I have no problem till Feb'2011. But Very sorry to say that in the month of march'2011 Rs. 198/= deducted from my balances. I have contacted several times to customer care but the haven't taken action and replied that these deductions made against some additional packs taken while I have never taken such packs from begining to till date.

It's horrible that without opting any additional packs, deduction made from my account.

Requested kindly lookinto the matter and do the needful otherwise there is no option to change other operator due to wrong deductions. I will rechage only when company will settle my deducted amount.
