[Resolved] Reliance Mobile Prepaid — Balance deducted and caller tunes services automatically activated without request | |||
Sir, I am Sreeharinath,mobile no:[protected].I bought a reliance cdma prepaid mobile for spare use which i am not using for past 3months.For past few weeks my balance is getting deducted ,hello tunes services are automatically activated without my request and the the caller tunes too are charged without my request,now i am left out with a balance of just Rs.17 ,daily 10rs is getting deducted,i recieving message that i have been charged 10rs for downloading caller tunes daily.This is s bad service by reliance.I request to take immediate action nd i need my balance recharged .Look after this matter soon.seems i lost more than100rs from my balance. My Mobile No.[protected]. Otomatically Hot Gupshup Pack start by your company.Last 4 months many time call your call center number. But they are said all time one answer( next
24 hours stop your Hot gupshup Pack) but upto not stop or many time deducted amount my mobile.

Even without requesting for caller tunes it is being activated and charges are being deducted. Inspite of repeated complaints to customer care and emails no respite. The amount is time and again being debited from the account.Strict action needed to be taken against Reliance pre paid service providers Dear sir,

Reliance Mobile — Caller Tunes activated without request
CALLER TUNE HAS BEEN ACTIVATED BY THE COMPANY EVEN WHEN I HAVEN'T SENT A REQUEST AND THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME FOR SECOND TIME. THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO MY OTHER RELATIVES USING RELIANCE MOBILE. THIS IS VERY ANNOYING FOR ALL O[censored]S AS WELL AS IT COSTS MONEY FOR THAT DIRTY HIMESH SONG 'ISHQ KIYA KIYA' OR THE BORING RELIANCE TUNE.
