[Resolved] Reliance Mutual Fund — Mutual fund investment fraudulently withdrawn
I have invested in Reliance mutual fund Growth scheme through SIP of Rs 2000 from year may 2007 to june 2008. total investment of Rs 24000. As was not in need of money i was thinking of keeping my investment for very long time. I got my last statement at my communication address of Patiala registered with Reliance mutual fund. Few days back i thought of inquiring about my investment I was shocked to know that my investment was fraudulently withdrawn in 2009. My communication address & New account number was added to my folio number with Reliance mutual fund in june 2009 and in same month redemption request was sent and redemption amount was credited to ICICI Bank account on 02/07/2009. On inquiring I came to know that the ICICI Bank in which amount was credited also is in my name but the account has been freezed by bank ( debit freeze) long time back. I have already send a written complaint to Reliance Mutual fund. That how you have redeemed my investment with forged signatures I have also taken up with ICICI bank for opening MULE/FAKE account due to which I lost my investment. I want my investment back please tell me how I should proceed. I think i have strong case. kindly suggest Was this information helpful?
