[Resolved] Reliance Net Connect — Device has unlimited plan but not Working

My Reliance Netconnect stopped working on 24 may 13 for that I registered a complaint on 25 may. I was assured that the matter will be looked into within 24 hours. But the matter is still unresolved because of these in-competencies :

1. My complaint #[protected] dated 25 may 13 was not registered properly. The executive wrote that the balance is deducted erroneously. Whereas the problem is that my device should work at 1X speed till 12 June 13 as it is recharged with Rs 800/- called "Unlimited plan".

2. The complaint was not addressed in due time. I called everyday without fail to know the status of my complaint but none of the executives had satisfactory replies. I even talked to floor supervisors who did nothing except promising that it will be done today.

3. This is not the first time I am facing the same problem. In the past I have faced same problem 3/4 times and everytime the response of the customer care team is same. They are elusive to get to the core of the issue and solve it within the deadline.

4. The Grievance Redressal Mechanism of Reliance has proved of no use. I have sent them same information which is there in this complaint as an E-mail at "rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com", of which I have not even received any intimation. And the status of two numbers displayed on their website are;
I- One is not getting connected.
II- Second is Not concerned With Wireless Internet.

My connection is still not working and I have been given a fresh complaint number #[protected] dated 28 may. It will be helpful if you could help me in getting:

1. A speedy resolution.

2. Extension of validity of my connection by the same number of days for it was not working.

3. Plugging the problem due to which my device does not get data even after having unlimited plan.

Even i am facing the same problem since 2moths My No is [protected] with the monthly rental of Rs.899. i even checked on the other laptops & desktops also with the zte service center in Mahalaxmi layout the issue didnt resolve...
so i have decide to not to pay any of the rental any more...

Reliance Net Connect — Unethical practice

Reliance Net Connect is the worst service I have come across. I was out of town and informed the reliance customner service of my travel plans. During this time my connection was disconnected. When i came back their data card was not working hence I deposited it to teh reliance webworld for servicing. It was with them for 30 days. However, they still kept billing me for this service. I kept on sending emails and calling them that the data card was not working and please clarify why am I being billed? No asnwers. The best answer I get is that it's useage charges. So I rechecked as to when was the usage done. Please give the computer IP address or location. NO ANSWERS!! This is after they can easily verify from webworld that the data card was with them and not with US!! The best part is that now they send a warning mail to us that they will file legal notice for Rs 1750. On top of that the Advocate calls to scare us and threaten us for the court case. He doesn't even realize that he is actually calling a lawyer itself. So much for the customer service. I wonder reliance has lots of time to to do funny things. Atleast they should do their homework before taking such funny actions.

If I hade an option of v.poor or pathetic I would have graded their service as one of these options.

Reliance Net Connect — bad behaviour of reliance

[protected] is my number.
this feels me very bad to say that i am the customer of reliance India
mobile today at 3.34 when i called to customer care with my reliance
number [protected] at[protected] i talked with Mr. H. kumar. i asked
him to transfer my call to the manager. he talked me very roughly and
old me that your call will not be forwarded to the manager when i
asked why so he told that as he wish he will not transfer the call i
requested him so many times but he did not transferred the call and
told me that he is openly telling that he will not transfer my call
and asked me do what you can i will not transfer the call and when i
told him that i will complain in the consumer forum he told me that go
happily consumer forum is nothing in front of him and told me that
will meet me in consumer forum. he also told me that take my address
and come to Delhi he will show me the power. he told me that he is
going o close my number. please i would request to hear the
conversation between me and mr. h. kumar if i have done mistake i am
ready to leave my number and if this is the mistake of your executive
he should surely be punished

Reliance Net Connect — reliance net connect (complaint)

I got reliance Net connect Broadband 3.1 Mbps connection with number Number :[protected] Ph : [protected],8 months it was good but afterwards as 3 month past the speed was like 0.04kbps and then the network was not available i complaint in reliance web world but no response.

hello mam i am again back with my problem my number is [protected] when i called customer care in the morning a staff named rupa received the call i told him i am getting speed problem she said you have also called earlier regarding this i old yes she transferred my call without saying anything to me a person received the call i asked his name he told me whats in name tell me the work i asked his name more then 10 times but he told me i cant say u my name and abused me so many times. he was abusing very badly to me. i disconnected the call and called again but now i was talking to a supervisor named ankit i asked him to transfer my call to the manager i want to launch complain against that staff Mr ankit also transferred the call to the same person and he was again abusing me. when i asked his name he told his name is kanahiya but i am sure is name is not kanhaiya.

same thing has happened thrice before the person abusing is also the same who abused month ago i also complained earlier here also but no action was taken i have also given recording to the company the also no action was been taken

is this the service by reliance

i am also having the same problem, net is not activated, for more than 15 days now.
worst customer service that I have seen. it took me over 1 hr to get connected to customer care executive on their toll free number

Reliance Net Connect — Termination of Data card no. 9312286573

I have requested for termination of data card services vide no. [protected] on 9.6.11 and customer care person of reliance has given the termination ID NO.[protected] and they have said me it will be terminated within 15 days and i have paid full and final amount after calling at customer care after 5 days they said it has been terminated but now they have send me bill again and now they are saying it has been reactivated.
I want immediate termination of reliance net connect services having no. [protected]

my account recharge at rs 800 plans, it gives 5gb speed up to 3.1 mbps then unlimited at 155 kbps speed.but the second time of recharge it only carry out 155kbps.the problem acquired by the relience broadband+ ZTE. pls advice to got my plan.

Reliance Net Connect — no service

I purchased a Reliance net connect on feb 18th. The net connect was not good as i was not getting the speed mentioned by the company. I called the customer care many time and every time we need to keep telling the story from first.. everyone there gives a different answer. They made me download accelaratoe etc which did not solve the problem at last they said it may be due to the device n said i will get a free replacement.. So i gave to repair center n waited for 25 days to get a replacement. Mine is prepaid one and rechaged 1500 for 3 months unlimeted access. Due to repair i was unable to get use the service so i called the customer care n said the same n asked to extend the my service for 25 days as my validity was getting over. A guy who said he is the floor manager, said the points i said is correct but at that pont they do not have right to extend the service n asked me to wait 2 days.. After 2 days whn i called a guy recieved the phone.. I told all my story from the beginning n asked to transfer the call to manager. He was so rude that he did not transfer the call n kept silent n he was not speaking for anything i asked. so to bring him again i used [censored] then he came back n said all vulgar things n hung up

so guys PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR RELIANCE NET CONNECT OR BROADBAND SERVICE. ITS THE WORST COMPANY IN INDIA.

i took reliance net connect connection last saturday and the it got disconnected from this saturday onwards.I contacted customer care and what they told is my address proof cant get validated.I dont know what sort of verification these people are doing and i am staying there for last 25 years. they initially collected rs 2500/- foe connection and now nothing is there. pls help me...
