I have been using the above connection for a few months now, and so far the service has been terrible in every way. Reliance promises 12 Mbps download speeds, which might be verified from speedtest.net but the internet speed is no where close to that. I have tried other speed test websites and received results from 500 kbps - 3 Mbps at best. Video sites are heavily throttled, even 360p videos on YouTube don't play buffer free which is an atrocity for an advertised 12 Mbps connection. I tried YouTube's own speed test and wasn't shocked to speed result of 780 kbps (picture attached) which indicates heavy throttling. Videos don't play smooth on other websites as well. File downloading used to be much better, but has become pretty bad also recently. Meanwhile, even the connection is not reliable and frequently fails. I have never had to call customer service for any proodcut, as much as I have had to do for this internet connection. I am going to terminate my connection at the end of this billing period. Good bye to Reliance, if you're in Chennai I highly recommend you to not avail services from Reliance.

Reliance Broadband — low speed in the connection

3 days back i bought reliance datacard from Vrithi Infocom,Chennai.Actually they told that it will get 3.6MBPS to 2.6MBPS speed.But still am getting maximum speed of 0.7MBPS

    Hello Sir,
    I got an SMS on 31st May 2013 evening that my balance amount deducted by Rs. 5.
    I tried to register the complaint to 198 many times but they don't answer any reason but to say u must had done something, and sometimes saying that there is problem in server.. They didn't respond me properly even more than 24hrs passed.
    And it happened to me so many times. So please do something so that they can't cheat or blaim without reason to any customer.

    RIM (CDMA) — Deduction of amount without any reason

    I Gouranga ch. patra residing at Rourkela hereby using a reliance prepaid mobile for last 2 years.I am having a problem as they at any time with out any actual reason deduct Rs. from my Prepaid A/c. My Mobile No. is [protected]. I had complaint the same with there customercare but there also i didnt get a satisfactory answer on dtd.7/8/08 my balance was Rs53.65, it was Rs4.66 on dtd 8/8/09 morning .I had complaint the same with Birendar but he told due to our system fault amount got deduct, & givwn me a complaint no[protected].After 6hrs same day again deduct Rs16/- & my main a/c balance is Rs -11.35(negative).I had call there customer care with SOURAV about that he given me a complaint no.[protected] & told within 48hrs you get the amount.On dtd.10/08/09 I had talked with C care people DEBASIS, he told within 48hrs you get yhe amt & given me a complaint no. i.e.[protected] but on dtd.12/08/09 they told that we cant do anything for the same and till now my a/c balance is negative. . pl...see to this matter

    Reliance India Mobile / CDMA Service — Deducting balance without reason

    Hi,

    I have been using Reliance services for the last four years and my overall experience is that Reliance Infocomm is a Chor Company. Everytime without intimation our balance is deducted for some caller tune and certain services. When we complain at the call centre, we get excuse but no solution. It is my experience, if call centre executives are not able to resolve our problem, then they keep us on hold and then get vanished. For the last one year, I am suffereing, every month caller tune charges are deducted from my balance, despite logging a complain online several times there is no refund of money. Still caller tune persists and I am paying for it.

    It seems that Reliance management has targeted that some fixed amount should come to their pocket from every subscriber every month. At call centres, services are pathetic.

    Reliance — AUtomatically Balance Deducted

    Sir, My Mobile No.[protected]. Automatically MEREWALAGANA Pack started without call, without press any key and no activation msg came to my mobile. This is 3rd time i have face the problem. I recharged Rs.100/- on 19/11/09 at 09:30 to 10:00pm. I am checked the amount on 20/11/09 05:00am there is Rs.30/- amount deducted.Pl see and send me my amount back.

    If your validity prd is over automatically your number get into Grace. if You don't recharge with validity the a/c balance will get vanished..

    Reliance — without reason deduct balance

    Last year (July - August 2010) Reliance had deduct my prepaid accounts balance. When I call customer care they told me that my balance was deduction for active a 1paisa sms pack. When I already pay 39/- Rs. for per day 500 sms pack for a month. How can they active another sms pack and less my accounts balance without my permission? I request them to return my balance but Reliance customers service is too much poor, no one listen my complain. Then I Change my SIM card and use another network service.
    But on 5th march 2011 I insert my old reliance sim in my mobile I found nagetive balance about 10/- something ?
    I want to tell Reliance communication “What is this?” Why you again deduct my balance? Is this your service?
    Now i Want that my accounts balance is nil Or return my balance.

    reliance cdma number — Deducting balance without any reason

    Hi ,

    Yesterday morning i did recharge for Rs 50 for my reliance perpaid CDMA . But evening itself they taken Rs 30 from my account and sent message i subscribed for some film service..but i never ever did that.i don't know how come they can eat our money like this.and also tried to catch the customer care but i couldn't..But chairman Mukesh Ambani is world's Billionaires list ...like this he is eating our indian money and he became Billionaire??????????

    Many of them facing this issue in Reliance ..am using reliance DataCard i will cancel that too..

      I am using reliance number from last 4 to 5 years and every time i am getting coverage problem. sms problem. they active service without asking me.

      allmost reliance network will show out of coverage in a week 2 to 3 times network is unavailable

      when i have note the complaint executive is not giving me proper answer

      thery do transfer or put on hold or they connect me with another customer and make cross line

      i m regular user of rim prepaid service. but from last few months i m having problem with recharge service. as because the reliance outlet on paud road pune has been closed at 7 o clock before its official timing of 8 o clock. and the personnel are not costumer friendly. as a result i m going to stop the service permanently.my mobile no. is [protected] sonal jain.

      worst service i ever saw in any communication, just making fool to us, 1 month ago a reliance agent told me that in 2500 rs. reliance to reliance free all india for lifetime, he took money and started service but within 7 to 10 days the service was cancelled and charges applied for every call, and now there is no reply from his side he has switched off his phone.. and no response ... now tell me what to do ...how will i get my money back...plz reply me... not only me many persons are cheated like this... this is not a right way to make money... plz take quick decision other wise we all will loose trust on reliance...

      Reliance Communication Prepaid — activated mobile radio without confirmation from my side

      i m having a reliance no [protected] on date 16/10/2009 i received a call from no [protected] which was of just 2 second after that i received a message that your mobile radio has been activated for which you will be charged rs 10 for 10 days and that has been deducted from my balance on conversation with the companys customer care executive they told me that u have activated this on other hand i have proof that i had not activated any of the services and i have the record of the above call which was hardly of 2 sec in which nothing can be opt of heard since they said we cant do anything and even if you have not opted your rs 10 wont be credited back to your account this is unjust they are now cheating customer to boost their revenues i have call recorded from above mention no
      plz help me and save other customer from cheating
      This is first worst and wase prepaid, postpaid and also broadband company service provider (Reliance) i have seen in my life.

      i can say i am very unsatisfied with this service provider. this company never ever give me proper response every one is trying to make fool

            i have recharged a pack of rupees 47 in my reliance no.[protected] , ( 250 Reliance Local Day minutes + 250 Reliance Local Night (11PM-06AM) minutes for 30 days)(for details check -http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/PlansandPacks.html?Y=1).

            The problem is that even it is showing that there is 250 free R to R night minutes , i cant able to use that. More over amount is deducted from my account during these periods.I contacted the customer care service and even after 3 days the problem is not yet resolved.

            I need to file case against reliance communications for cheating me in their 47 rupees special tariff voucher....

              My Reliance Netconnect stopped working on 24 may 13 for that I registered a complaint on 25 may. I was assured that the matter will be looked into within 24 hours. But the matter is still unresolved because of these in-competencies :

              1. My complaint #[protected] dated 25 may 13 was not registered properly. The executive wrote that the balance is deducted erroneously. Whereas the problem is that my device should work at 1X speed till 12 June 13 as it is recharged with Rs 800/- called "Unlimited plan".

              2. The complaint was not addressed in due time. I called everyday without fail to know the status of my complaint but none of the executives had satisfactory replies. I even talked to floor supervisors who did nothing except promising that it will be done today.

              3. This is not the first time I am facing the same problem. In the past I have faced same problem 3/4 times and everytime the response of the customer care team is same. They are elusive to get to the core of the issue and solve it within the deadline.

              4. The Grievance Redressal Mechanism of Reliance has proved of no use. I have sent them same information which is there in this complaint as an E-mail at "rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com", of which I have not even received any intimation. And the status of two numbers displayed on their website are;
              I- One is not getting connected.
              II- Second is Not concerned With Wireless Internet.

              My connection is still not working and I have been given a fresh complaint number #[protected] dated 28 may. It will be helpful if you could help me in getting:

              1. A speedy resolution.

              2. Extension of validity of my connection by the same number of days for it was not working.

              3. Plugging the problem due to which my device does not get data even after having unlimited plan.

              Reliance Net Connect — excess billing

              sir, i am using reliance net since 6 months. last month the net post paid bill is rs.2311.
              i am in plan swift 40 and according to plan 20 hours fr 6.00 a.m. to 10.00 pm and 20 hours
              fr 10.00 pm to 6.00am is free and rs.0.50 per/min for addl usage. I requested reliance customer
              care through e mail to provide my details o[censored]sage, so that i can check my bill. they replied
              that issue of net usage details is not possible and stated they have very sophisticated machinery which works error free and denied my request. when i used BSNL broadband, there is very user
              friendly menu showing the details of how many hours net accessed etc. at any point of time. i feel
              in the absence o[censored]ser usage information facility, the post paid bills canot be accepted as correct.
              if they want they may charge fee for that. I therefore, look into the matter and do justice to me.

              This is to state that, myself, jyoti soni, is a valuable client of your company.I had taken your reliance data card for my internet use n was getting good services from you side.Due to some reason i decided to surrender that card, n i had a talk with the concerned person regarding the same.But the girl there, who was supposed to inform me the settlement amount, spoke to me so roughly instead of helping me out, telling me "YAHA KUCH NAHI HONE WALA HAI, TUM JAHA REHTE HO USKE AAS PASS KOI WEB WORLD DHUNDO AUR PATA KAR LO", This is really shocking to get a reply from customer care executive.What does customer care excecutive meant? That was fine enough, somehow i managed to get the amount from somewhere and thought of making the payment to the earliest..It skip from my to make the payment for few days, but inspite of calling me for reminding me the payment, they had send few people to collect the dues which is around to rs 4500 only to my place.Just imagine how would it feel, when someone comes to your place n knocks for the money badly infront of the family member n all.How can they dare to come someone places? Is it a reason why u guys take customer's home address, than what for u take mobile numbers, for showcase or wat?? I went to out of station in between, n i did nt pick up any unknown nub, but today somehow i picked up n and a girl was stating this statement "AAP BHIKHARI LOG JAB PAYMENT NAHI KAR PATE TOH SAMAN LETE KYU HAI, BATAMIZ HAI AAP N ALL "I dun know the name of that girl but her mobile no is [protected].I personally n strongly feel this type of excetive just works for their own interest, not for the benefit of the company.My advice is just that, give a proper training to you staff before giving ph in their hands to knock for the dues.And take those kinds of person in your company who can be your assest not that one who wiill destroy the decore of the company and acts smart infront of other collouges to have speak to the client in that rough language.

              Reliance Net Connect — ecesssive billing & real bad service provided

              Dear sir/Madam,

              I've been using the reliance net connect for almost 8 months now.My plan is FREEEDOM NIGHT according to which the usage between 10 PM & 6 AM. in spite of nil usage during the day, my bill still exceeds much more than the rental. Besides, the speed is highly irritating & above all it is intolerable to cope with the bad customer service that is being provided both through the phone & at the reliance centers.This kind of service is least expected from a well established company like reliance.
              I have registered for reliance broadband service in september.The service is not available at my place.Now i dint got my refund of rs. 500. So wat should i do?

              I had purchased a Reliance NETCONNECT, a USB wireless internet device on 3/3/09. I was promised a very good speed of about 140 - 230 KB/s. My MDN number is [protected]

              Even within an hour of activating it on 4/3/09, I realized that I have been cheated royally. The highest internet speed I could ever achieve is 0.5KB/s. The speed improves in bursts for a second or two and gets back to the 0.5KB/s levels. I am hardly able to surf for 5 minutes continuously, without "the page cannot be displayed" message. I even disabled the firewall, but to no avail.

              I do not want to criticize Reliance, which is no doubt a giant in India and have done extremely well in various sectors, but Mr. Anil Ambani, incidents like these begin creating small, miniscule cracks, that will one day shatter the whole empire.

              I request appropriate Reliance personnel to look into my case and refund me the full amount I had paid to Reliance Web World, Gotri, Baroda (about Rs. 2800) as this is a clear case of customer dissatisfaction.

              Reliance Net Connect — Not activated even after 5 days of purchase

              I have bought Reliance Net Connect CDMA 1X USB Modem from M/s Indra Telecom, Ramlila Road, Banda (U.P.) on 15th March 2009. I have also paid my activation charges of Rs.660/- for two year validity period. Since my purchase of CDMA USB Modem one weak has passed and net connection is not activated till now. Response of local vendor is hopeless.

              At the time of purchasing reliance net connect it was told to me that i will get 144 kbps downloading speed but when i tried to download the speed never goes above 4 kbps.Sometimes it displays the speed as 0kbps and it takes a very long time to check mails and open other internet sites.
              I also complain regarding this to reliance customer care but did'nt get any response and no steps were taken to solve my problems.So i request you to kindly look into my problem.

              Reliance Net Connect — Broad band cheating

              I have got one reliance netconnect modem two weeks ago no ([protected]).
              At the time of purchase they offered me unlimited data usage 24/7 in a citiwide scheme.
              The offer was unlimited usage of the data ( Specifically no usage limit ) for Rs1099 per month . I have the tariff plan they had given to me . as they committed i used the modem frequently and after one week they informed me that there is no unlimited plan and the data usage is limited to 10 G B. After one more week they again told that the 10 GB cannot be used at a time . only 350MB/day is alloweded. Then again the 10GB plan is only for 2 months and after that only 1 GB will be avaliable for one month for 650 /-
              Now for the usage of just 2 weeks the bill generated for me is about 35000/- .What i have to do now.
              I have not such money to pay even 1099 is a huge amount for me and they are really cheating.

              I really need to stop such frauds happening around us . No body will ever be cheated by these peoples .
              Go for BSNL... If you are looking for wireless then go to BSNL EVDO connection. Check availability @ ur place. Its good one dude.

              Reliance Net Connect — Don't buy reliance net connect

              Hi all,
              I have purchased a wireless USB netconnect device from reliance last 20 days before.
              They took 3 days to activate connection even i submitted all documents on the same day.
              After activated, i tried to connect with internet. The connection could not long for at least 5 minutes.
              It happened for 2 days. Then i contact the person who sold the device and told about the problem.
              He gave his higher official number to contact. I contacted him and told the problem. He promised me to send a person to service my device. But no response. I tried to contact the person for next 4 days.But
              he didn't pick the phone.
              After 2 days, i got a call from reliance about bill. They told your connection is temporarily disconnected due to bill exceeded amount Rs 3800. Now i am trying to contact the regarding person to tell about this problem also.But still i have no solution. I bought the device for Rs 4000 including 500 caution deposit.
              I do not know, whom i need to contact and get my money back.

              I welcome any solution/advice to overcome this problem.

              In regret i wish to inform the organisation that i had taken a reliane netconnect connection from the company one year back. Complaint was logded initially with Mr Virender singh Sidhu Maherchand market lodhi colony Delhi one month back no complaint no. was given to me his attitude has been very rude and arrogant.
              Then a complaint was lodged with the customer complaint department of reliance netconnect on 15th july .I was given a complint no.[protected] and i was told that one of the executives will contact me within 2 days unfortunately no one has contacted me neither is my bill being sent to my house moreso evr putting late payment in my expenditure. I would like to ask the organisation what do they do of the service taxes they take from us everymonth when they cannot provide the services to the customers. such organisations are burden on the society and should be debarred from giving the right to to function . I expect if they have any kind of decency left in rthem they should do there work after reading this letter i think may be you will revert bacjk as this doesnt leave a good message to the organisation.

              I wish to register a complaint for the product (Reliance Netconnect) i have been using since a year.
              The net connect speed on the computer tray shows 230kbps of speed. However the actual data transaction speed is never above 15 kbps. This is a clear case of fraudulent service by such network operators. The support service from the network operator is also not able to resolve the issue.

              Reliance Net Connect — BILLING AMBIGUITY

              On the 5th of October 2009 I had opted for the tariff of Rs.499 (Unlimited night plan - 10gb of data usages free) at Kankurgachi Reliance world after submitting the duly filled application form and signed the printed tariff plan form also as documentary evidence of my will ,there only I was confirmed by the executive that the tariff would be changed within 48hours and I had received a confirmation call from Reliance saying that the tariff plan was changed on 7th October 2009.After that just to be sure and avoid any confusion I had called up their customer care on 8th October 2009 to confirm the same and I was assured that the tariff plan had been changed and I had started using the service from 8th October 2009. I have strictly used the service during the specified time only i.e 10pm to 6am and I have checked from my account that I have not crossed my 10gb of free usages.But end of the month I had received a huge amount of bill as per my old tariff plan.
              Reliance Customer Care Officer had solve the problem on 11th November 2009 and reversed the excess amount charged and also confirmed the same by email with an apology.

              we have reliance internet data card. Few months ago, there was technical issue with device so on advice of the reliance staff we gave the device for service to the indicated service center. So device was out of service for 2 months,knowing that they still charged the amount as per tariff plan that is of 700(unlimited) apart from that when we recieved the device , they changed that plan to 650 (1Gb) without giving as any information regarding this . Now they are sending the billed amount which is far more than actual and they are literally harassing us .

              Reliance Netconnect — No Service

              Hi,

              I am a new customer of Reliance High Speed Broadband and my number is [protected]...Paid Rs. $2,400 (availing corporate discount of $1,100) for the data card on January 27, 2010, got the card on January 31, 2010 even though the representative had promised me that the card would be delivered on January 29th.
              This is still pardonable but not what happed after this.

              The representative just delivered the data card and went away without actually giving a demonstration. I was not available at home when he came, but was on the way home. I asked him to stay for me but he did not bother and went away without demo.

              When I tried to connect the internet service, it did not happen. It showed an error, "the remote service could not be established....". I called the so-called customer service (in fact no service or just false promising service). The rep tried to help me to no avail (10 minutes call). He promised the first callback from the tech team which never happened. I called customer service again and spoke with floor supervisor, Satbeer this time. Next callback was promised, which never happened again (call lasted 15 minutes). I called them again and spoke to Satbeer and was promised a callback the next day, which NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN.

              I called again and spoke with Satbeer's Manager, Praveen Gundi this time and tell you what, I have been promised a callback within an hr once again (call ended 17 minutes this time). And I, being a helpless hopeless customer, am waiting for their call again. I am pretty sure they will not callback.

              Please give me a way to escalate my complaint and how to go about it. Please Please, Please.

              Reliance Net Connect is the worst service I have come across. I was out of town and informed the reliance customner service of my travel plans. During this time my connection was disconnected. When i came back their data card was not working hence I deposited it to teh reliance webworld for servicing. It was with them for 30 days. However, they still kept billing me for this service. I kept on sending emails and calling them that the data card was not working and please clarify why am I being billed? No asnwers. The best answer I get is that it's useage charges. So I rechecked as to when was the usage done. Please give the computer IP address or location. NO ANSWERS!! This is after they can easily verify from webworld that the data card was with them and not with US!! The best part is that now they send a warning mail to us that they will file legal notice for Rs 1750. On top of that the Advocate calls to scare us and threaten us for the court case. He doesn't even realize that he is actually calling a lawyer itself. So much for the customer service. I wonder reliance has lots of time to to do funny things. Atleast they should do their homework before taking such funny actions.

              If I hade an option of v.poor or pathetic I would have graded their service as one of these options.

              I purchased a Reliance net connect on feb 18th. The net connect was not good as i was not getting the speed mentioned by the company. I called the customer care many time and every time we need to keep telling the story from first.. everyone there gives a different answer.                 prepaid but sent the bill of 500.They sent their representative and told that if pay
                your bill then only your connection is converted to prepaid & don't use the phone during this period otherwise again bill will come.I have paid the unsolicited bill 500 rs and requested to convert it to prepaid.I have waited for one month but They have not changed it to prepaid & sent a bill of Rs 650.Again the same.you pay the bill then your phone is converted in to prepaid.Again i paid but they have not converted our phone to prepaid.Then i stopped paying & requested customer care to close connection.They stopped the incoming & outgoing call.I thought it has been closed.
                After six month I tried to restart my phone.Then then they told that you have bill amount of Rs 1250.If you will pay then only your account will be activated & after three month you can change it to prepaid.Reliance is a Big fraud company.It has cheated customer in every way.It has faulty billing system to cheat customer.Kindly register a case against Reliance communication ltd & take serious action against reliance communication ltd.

                  This is Rajesh Selvaraj from Chennai.

                  I am using this data internet connection - [protected] for more than 2 years, with Rs 850/month - 10 GB plan. I am always using less then allowed GB like 5 GB, 6 GB. But last 3 months, reliance always generating and sending the monthly bills for huge amount - Rs. 1250 for Feb, Rs. 1500 for March and Rs. 5600 for April.

                  Though I am not using this much, I paid for Feb and March to Reliance. But without considering or intimation, reliance raised bill for Rs. 5600 and sent to me.

                  And their agents are keep calling me and threatening me to pay the amount. They are threatening me like if I m not paying the amount, they will send the legal notice and bring to court and sue me.

                  Reliance agents threaten, is highly disturbing my peaceful mind and creating chaos in my life. I told reliance agents to disconnect my line in mail and over phone as well.

                  They took my disconnect request and provided the SR nos.[protected],[protected]. They themselves barred my connection, and without using the connection, they are sending another bill for Rs. 800 for May 2013.

                  I would like to log this consumer complaint against reliance unethical business practices and cheating the consumers, and threating the customer to loose their peaceful mind.

                  **** This is not the first incident - 3 years back, I had a reliance connection, due to my onsite travel, I have paid them Rs .100 and asked them to put my connection on hold. But they didn't do. Instead they keep sending the monthly rental bill for 6 months. when I call the agents every time, they say "Sorry sir, it is our mistake and we will waived off the amount". But finally and when I was fed up, I told them to disconnect the line". They did it.
                  But after 1.5 yrs later, they are sending lawyer notice and asking me to pay Rs. 3000. When I went to Madurai reliance customer care office, they ill treated me, i explained them the back ground, and told them my data is correct, told them to bring the data to me. They checked their datas, and accepted that mistake is from their side, and asked Sorry. It is really pathetic situation. My father is very elderly person and he got nervous, when he got the lawyer petition.

                  Finally they asked Sorry and waived all the amount, and asked me to pay Rs. 500 and I paid that also.

                  This is unethical customer care and clear cheating from reliance communication towards their customer.

                  1. They promised 2 MBPS speed, when customer buy their connection. But actual speed is, less than 3 kbps and sometimes 0 kbps. when we call them, agents will says that there is server problem in medvakkam, it will be rectified in a months time. But it never happened in this last one year period.

                  2. When there is a increase in data, they never informed the customer and alert them in sms or mail. It is really poor and bad technical practice from this compay Reliance.

                  Hence I would like to log this consumer complaint against Reliance and seeking justice from the consumer court, to get peaceful mind.

                  Reliance Broadband Services — bill generation withought services

                  please suggest what to do.
                  I hd got reliance broad band internet in the month of august 08. in the month of nov the connection got verry irregular.there was no connectivity the whole month infact i could use the services only for 9-10 days kept asking to rectify but they did not. that is how they stretched the matter through nov in dec i asked them to transfer the connection to my new location then they stretched the matter for another 15 days n said they cannot then i asked them to terminate the connection it again took them 8-10 days n finally they did but they also presented me with a bill of those 2 month i.e Rs 1000/= even withought giving any srvices. and this is not all i kept waiting for them to com and take back their modem and land line which they put at my home which i didi not even asked for. and now after 2 months i suddenly got a call from reliaance that i hav a bill pending amounting nearly 2000 against tha land line and the modem.
                  this is rediculous. i did not use the ph even once in my life how d hell i hav a bill pending and dat too amounting 2000. i asked them for termination of the ongoing connection. but they said they cannot do it now because of some problem in their server or system. plz help me in this regard.

                  I do face similar problem from Reliance I have now received first legal letter from Reliance. I found out nodal centre and took manager's number called him...he requested to drop him an email and looks like he too has washed his hands.

                  So Kris, could you pls guide me in what are the steps that reliance is going to take now...and how should I do for that...unfortunately I do not have any ticket numbers (lost it) and now customer service is refusing to give me now...

                    This is in connection with your above referred notice. This is to inform you that nobody from your end had been studied my case in depth and unnecessarily harassing me by way of demanding pending dues which is not legible

                    My case in brief is as under

                    1. My internet connection activated on[protected].
                    2. Till the bill dated[protected] I was enjoying good services from your end.
                    3. You may look at the receipt part from my end which had been always regular and intime
                    4. I was not getting continuous connectivity from September 2012
                    5. I received full amount bill for the period of September dtd.[protected].
                    6. I had made complains as under for opting refund against non getting continuous connectivity

                    In short the outcome is to pay bill and refund will be given in next bill. The e-mail dtd 7th Oct attached here with
                    7. I received the bill on[protected] with 50% refund for the period of October 2012
                    8. Again I was not able to get continuous connectivity for this period and I asked to customer care for providing continuous connectivity. Again I received e-mail on 7th Nov with contents that to pay bill and refund will be considered in next bill
                    9. Afterwards the connection had been discontinued and received a message on 7th Dec stating that
                    Your services are temporarily suspended due to non-payment. Please pay immediately to continue enjoying services
                    10. You may look at my bill dtd[protected], In this bill there is no usage chagres debited because the services were not provided by you and you had made refund of Rs. 61.69 Ps. So there was credit balance in my account and your message indicates that the services were suspended for non payment. The entirely controversy message.
                    11. The services were completely disconnected by you which is self explanatory from your bill dtd[protected]. Again there was no bill generated and delivered to me on[protected].
                    12. Suddenly the bill dtd[protected] received by me with one time charges of Rs. 1500/- debited and credited recurring charges of Rs. 292.80 Ps.
                    13. This bill is totally not acceptable to me ? For what purpose there was one time charges debited? Eventhough the credit balance in my account.
                    14. I had made so many e-mails as under
                    i. 4 mails on[protected] out of which 3 mails returned by you
                    ii. 1 mail on[protected] which was returned by you
                    iii. 2 mails on[protected] which were returned by you
                    iv. 1 mail on[protected] which was returned by you
                    v. 1 mail on[protected]
                    vi. 1 mail on[protected]
                    vii. 1 mail on[protected]
                    Out of 11 mails 7 mails were returned and no reply of balance 4 mails
                    15. There were continuous phone calls for the demand of payment but nobody wants to listen my case and to justify me from your end. At one stage the fellow from your end told me that I had eaten your company’s money.
                    16. Again I had talk on Ph no. [protected] on 11th May 2013 (14.19), The fellow on this contact no was not able to listen me and bluntly told me that I have to pay the bill that’s all.
                    17. You will imagine that what type of harassment imposed from your end without any fault from my end.
                    18. As per your above referred notice, I am asked to contact you if I want to end this matter before 20th May 2013 other wise to remain present at your office on 20th May 2013.
                    19. I hope that above mentioned details will lead you to think that the one time charges debited by your company is wrong and it must be reversed to my account after wards there would be credit balance in my account I hope that you will pay me my credit balance ASAP.
                    20. I have to take leave on 20th May 2013 to remain present at your office without my fault so I request you to take favourable decision in this matter before 20th May 2013 and avoid further harassment to me.

                    Again I request you to study my case in depth and avoid further damage to me by way of leave on 20th May 2013. Hope you will give me full justice at your end. Awaiting for your favourable reply by mail indicating your decision in my favour.

                    A story of " YOU" and "me"

                    They have collected a refundable amount of Rs.2000/- and provided me internet service. I was never happy with the speed and sent termination request on mail, on net and also through call center. All these happened in Oct'07. But they keep billing me till today ( May'08).

                    I keep getting paper bills till Jan'08 and phone reminders to make the payment. After my calls to customer care, paper bills and phone reminders stopped.

                    Surprisingly, the e-mail bills keep coming and SMS reminders continuous even multiple reminders to great customer care of "YOU".

                    I never worried about the loss of Rs.2000/-. But I am disturbed and embarassed by this remainders which keep coming to me.

                    Pay me or not but please leave me to live at peace.

                    Reliance Communication — wrong billing,harasment

                    sir, i purchased alaptop, from vaishali(ghaziabad) dealer refferd 2months unlimted surfing, but after45 days, connection was disconnected and abil over3000rs was sent. when we connected dealer he gave us no of service provider s areacoordinators no natasha was her name she promised chages will be reverted but on2nd october once again a person came with bill and in my absense abused my mother in the meantime we have connnection of tataindicom

                    Internet — WRONG BIILLING FOR INTERNET

                    I have taken the internet (Rs.199/month package) by end of April 2009. The first bill for the Month of 2009 received is for Rs.37958.00 which is wrong. It could never be such a high amount. In fact, I was on vaction for 3 weeks in the Month of May. I feel something terribly gone wrong in the system. Pls look into and rectify the same.

                    Reliance Communication — wrong information when billing for same

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have changed my Prepaid rim number to postpaid which was activated on 5th August 2009. At that very moment I made call to customer care in evening and this was clearly told that 995 SMS would be free to any network (Local OR Long distance) and above that limit it will be charged.
                    Secondly, calls made to ALL RIM PHONES (LAND LINE + CDMA + GSM) will be totally free of cost, inspite of roaming. Nothing would be charged for RIM Phones.

                    So, today in evening as routine, I have checked my bill on your site and was totally shocked. Spoke to customer care- Lovelesh, then he cleared that only RIM 2 RIM sms would be free and certain series of numbers are only free in GSM.

                    So, please clarify that how should I come 2 know that which series is free and this all was not told at the time of activation.
                    And most important is that there was no such notification neither clarification for the same and now I am not going to pay any amount related to this issue till 30/08/2009 because its not my fault. Further if you want to continue my connection then waiver off these amounts otherwise let me know because on the other hand I am satisfied with RIM services but with this issue I wont be able to continue.

                    Please make clear by earliest as my due date is 5/09/2009 and I don't want to make late payments.

                    We have asked for restoration of internet connection as the net service was not available after 10june 2009.Customer service did not take the complaint as the internet service was not available in kharghar for couple of days in the month of june & they said things will improve.
                    We have paid the bill for the month of may with the assurance that better services will be provided in near future.
                    We have requested repeatedly for restoration of net connection as there was no service from 10.04/09 till todate
                    We have talked hours to customer care representative with little help.
                    Unfortunately the net connection was not available even thereafter. I am not able to understand why we are supposed to pay in spite of no service & requesting for termination
                    The sequence of events happened as follows.



                    No connectivity -- From_ 10th June 2009 till todate
                    Internet bill _ 23rd May 2009 – Bill paid
                    No network connection at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai area – From 1st Week of June

                    Hi,

                    Wrongly charged a sum of 2500/- in spite of non usage, raised a complaint, escalated upto nodal officer who gave a rebate, asked me to pay 1200/- which i promptly did and was moved to unlimited plan and promised dat since the change of plan is in the middle of the month, the next bill might have some issues as well which will be resolved. But following month i got a bill of 1900/-, got no resolution in spite of repeated calls and escalation and then my services were terminated.

                    Myself Mehul. N. Pawar owner of Access Internet Café want to inform that from last 15 days I am facing a big problem regarding Broadband service provided by you.                     i activated rworld wap on my mobile and even i had installed the settings and rworld came for that day but next day rworld is not coming it is coming communication error customer care service is telling we dont know anything they are badly responding

                    Reliance Communication — bill without non usage of internet connection

                    I have Rcom broadband since 2 years, I have requirement of transfer my residence within Naranpura, Ahmedabad. I have given request on 27th May-10 for transfer the connection at new address, but there is no reply since one week. After one week when i have follow-up then they have regretted for the tranfer of connection due to feasibility problem (2nd June-10).

                    As i am not using the connection since 29th June-2010 and Rcom have charged me for without using the connection and delay in giving response for transfer the connection. Rcom people are following up for Bill payment but there is no response to my email communication 4-5 times for the bill dispute and instrument handover. All the time the reply given that our representative will contact within 48 hrs. (more than 5 times)

                    Reliance Communications India Limited — Fake billing and harrassment

                    I am being billed monthly by the aforesaid Company for a service which I have never opted for, and for which I never applied.

                    Background of the Complaint:
                    Reliance Broadband put up a stall in my residential colony in Jan’08. A representative of the Company approached me and communicated the features of the broadband services, alongwith a host of add-on gifts.

                    I asked for a “trial” of the services that he communicated. For the purpose of “trial”, he asked for my identity proof and other details, which were provided to him. He also asked for cheque of Rs.500 from me which I denied to give initially. However, I conveyed that if the said service was found appropriate and as per the details (given by the representative), I may consider to purchase a Reliance Broadband connection.

                    The said service was activated on a “trial” basis at my residence just for one day, which was not found in terms with what had been communicated by that representative. Consequently, the connection was terminated immediately (on that day itself) and the equipments were withdrawn from my residence within a span of 3 days. During these 3 days, no services from Reliance Broadband were utilized as the connection stood terminated.

                    Even after the termination, the Company kept sending me monthly bills which had nothing but rental charges. Since this was inconsistent with my understanding, the matter was immediately conveyed to the ‘customer care’ centre of the Company. The customer care department took note of the matter, verbally (and no written communication or complaint reference number was given to me), and started calling me on a regular basis to verify whether the connection was terminated or not. It was highlighted to them on numerous occasions that the question of termination of the connection never arose as I never applied for the connection with their Company. Meanwhile, the Company kept billing me for the “fake connection” that had nothing but the rental charges.

                    After numerous requests (made with the customer care department) to rectify the error in their valid connection records, one representative (hired by Reliance Broadband through an external agency, i.e. DSA) also visited my residence personally and verified that the connection was not active and that the equipments were also taken back by the Company. He also ensured me that the necessary steps would be taken by Reliance Broadband to rectify their mistake. I presumed it to be the end of chapter.

                    Recently, I received a call from a police station who apprised me of the fact that a person, Mr.Anil Bajaj (who, on subsequent talks, identified himself as a legal advisor of Reliance Broadband), has filed a complaint against me and suggested me to clarify the matter with Mr.Anil Bajaj. After questioning the nature of complaint from Mr.Bajaj, I was made aware that I owe Reliance Broadband a sum of Rs 2,500 (Two thousand Five hundred) approximately. I conveyed the matter in detail to him but Mr.Bajaj seemed least interested in paying heed to it. All he was interested in is initiating legal proceedings against innocent people like me.

                    Complaint against Reliance Broadband on the following grounds

                    1. I never applied for a connection with the company for its broadband services as no application form was signed by me.
                    2. No cheque was issued by me in favour of the Company to open an account.

                    Counter charges against the Company and its associated external agencies (Direct Selling Agents - DSA)

                    It seems like a case where the representatives of the Company (or associated DSAs) are obtaining the identity proofs of common people with a fraudulent intention of opening a fake account in the name of the person whose identity proofs are lying with them, in order to earn their commission, and let that person suffer the consequences of trusting the Company’s reputation.

                    I seek justice in my case.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I would like to bring your kind attention that I had a Reliance Postpaid Connection since July 2009 vide Mobile No. [protected].

                    I had paid all payment timely. In Jan.2010 I have noticed several problems in the network like most of the time there is no network in the phone or there is no connectivity etc.

                    I had made a complaint about this to Reliance customer care, but they had not given me any suitable remedy and not speak to me in good manner by saying, what will we do? After that I have no choice other than to choose another connection/Mobile Service.

                    In March 2010 I had submit one application at M/s Kartik communication, Karol Bagh to Migrate the connection from postpaid to prepaid. They assure me to process my request but had not given me any request number.

                    I had used the said number till March 2010. In may 2010 I have been informed by M/s Reliance Communication, Vijaya Building, Connaught Place, New Delhi that there is a due of Rs. 1052/- against my said number as full & final payment and my request cannot be process due to this. I become ready to pay.

                    On 01.06.2010 one executive namely Mr. Sachin from Vijaya Building had come to my home to take the outstanding amount of Rs. 1052/- vide receipt no. 0431777 as full & final payment. Copy of the receipt is enclosed for your ready reference.

                    I become sure that as now there is no due, my request will be process very soon. But I was shocked when on 08.08.2010 one executive of Reliance come to my home and told me to pay Rs. 700/- which is outstanding as per their records as monthly rental. I explain him about my request and non usage of the No. since 31.03.2010. He threaten me to pay the outstanding amount or they will take action towards me. After that I have received telephone calls from Reliance’s executives on alternate days who threatens me to pay the outstanding.

                    Now, I request your good self to intervene in the matter and get me rid of from this problem as I have not used the No. since 31.03.10, I am not liable to pay any amount whatsoever.

                    Kindly help me/save me from Reliance Communication and also given me compensation from Reliance Communication for mental harassment for Rs. 5000/-

                    I recharged my account for Rs. 100.00 on 20.08.10 at 17:55:57.( My account was recharged with Rs. 88.00.) My previous balance was Rs.28.XX. My subscription renewal for MobileNet51 was due on 21.08.10 at 00:00 But when I renewed my subscription at 01:58 on 21.08.10, my account balance reached the minimum balance of Rs. 4.99.
                    How did my account balance(88.00+28.XX=116.00) reach the minimum level just after six hours? Where can I get details of the charges deducted by Reliance and how?
                    Who is capable to resolve my problems? My previous problems are still unresolved.
                    Please give me the email ID of Mr. Ambani so that I could tell him about my problems.

                    I have to pay about five hundred rupees for reliance prepaid GPRS services.I have already sent all the details of my subscription towards the same, but neither of you has paid any attention to the details and my emails.After e-recharging for the same for Rs 303.00 on 02.07.10 I could not access even the homepage and after a talk with Mr. Naresh on 14.07.10 I have to subscribe for Mobilenet5 from 14.07.10 to 18.07.10. I have to subscribe for Mobilenet51 on 19.07.10.My account balance reached minimum level of Rs. 3.40 on 02.08.10 befor expiry date of my subscription.My A/c balance of about Rs. 85.00 was also deducted during this period for the same service.Again I have to subscribe for Mobilenet5 on 02.08.10,03.08.10 and 04.08.10. I have to subscribe for Mobilenet51 on 06.08.10, but today an amount of Rs.20.00 was deducted from my A/c balance. Has my recent subscription expired now? Please reply soon.
                    Where has my subscription for Rs 303.00 towards unlimited surfing gone? Why any of you is not replying in this matter? I have to pay much more amount for merely one day or fifteen days subscription. Why?

I could not access homepage through later settings, but could access search pages and "Opera Mini". I am accessing homepage(www.rworld.co.in) and search pages only through other settings.Is there any pack for unlimited surfing?

                    I am user and customer of Reliance Mobil phone vide mobile no- [protected] as some time ago a call center employees fraudulently show me a falls scheme rim and taken my sign on a blank per forma for changing of my said mobile from prepaid to postpaid as my said mobile plan was other than though which was Shawn to me against my consent will after some time on 23/3/2011 after fulfilling all my formilities ,the customer center subhash Marg darya ganj, again assured me to get change my mobile plan from post paid to prepaid within two days as they want me to not make any call till my plan is chanted i complied the same despite a lot of incondensable but till today 01/04/2011,my said plan is not changed as since 23rd march 2011, I have not even a single call have dialed even single call for the said purpose. I have visited several times service center and have called 222 for the said purpose as i have got financial losses and and physical mantle agony caused by the reliance communication mobile said services and still facing the same, as today when i visited my nearest service center they humiliated dilated and used abusing word to me , kindly immitiatly action be taken against the said person.as early as possible.

                        This email is to bring to your notice of worst Customer Service rendered by Reliance Showroom in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.

                        Now i have a feeling like why i was using this for last 3 to 4 yrs compromising by interest for sake of retaining this connection.

                        I use Reliance Net-connect - plug to serve modem. Since its slowness and inherent limitations, i opt to chose Broadband of some other company considering its reputation and customer feed back thru mouth shut.

                        I consulted the GP Reliance showroom on Monday to know about the formalities for cancellation - i went with the instrument so that if it takes lesser time, it could be done in single shot.

                        The connection was taken when we were residing in Cochin and my sister was using this for her studies - though there were some feed-backs from my sister on the slowness, even i was facing the same, we thought of continuing the same. Then we moved to unlimited plan in Reliance Net connect to overcome the slowness which is good only for the first week of making the payment.

                        After the first week of making payment, since the usage data comes back to Zero, the speed was reasonable and rest 3 weeks same old story.

                        The issue came in when i approached asking for formalities in GP showroom where i queried with customer care briefing where the connection was taken and i have only the local address proof ( rental agreement) and ID proof which i have already - She nodded and asked me to come next day.

                        To my shock when i approached next day, team there stated rental agreement is not at all acceptable and they dint have seen me yesterday and ignored me completely - to a customer who never delayed even a single payment for last 3 to 4 yrs, is this the right way to be treated. We also are thinking of cancelling the BIG TV - Dish if we are not getting a satisfied response from GP reliance team.

                        We are not using the Reliance instrument for last 2 days and these dates being change in cycle and my plan being unlimited , if i have to pay the another month bill also it will be illogical and i wont be able to pay the same.

                        Reliance — intentional bad service of netconnect

                        As many user of this cheating company shares, their netconnect internet and customer service was terrible indeed. first of all not easily accepting to issue the data card after submitting id and ad proof, but after using, came to know so poor connection, i.e. not even 10 min connecting out of 10 hr try. for 2month and i gave up. meanwhile more than 10 times called customer care all the way from delhi to munbai, everytime irresponsible young guy respond indifferently, just wasted time and money for call. but one of them clearly admitted by saying its our side fault, and after that for few hr became good speed. it is very clear that they are intentionally providing bad network to save their cost. by saving out put and getting over flow of input for short time gain. i heard news saying they publicly got complained due to overcharge of their power supply. this company sees only temporal profit by cheating customer and that is entire attitude this company based in. this hype of stock is based on this intention which soon to be fall with increase of cheated customer.
                        This is regarding the bad server of the net.I am not able to access my website and i am not able to chat on yahoo.So i firmly request u to see to this.

                        I have taken Relaince netconnect for internet access. I keep travelling & make my payments online. I had complained that I am not able to make payments as there is some problem in loging in online. Despite repeated complaints my problem was not attended. I was promised number of times that my pin would be sent to my email id registered. This did not happen at all, and my connection got disconnected. just three months after resuming service. I felt cheated as I had already payed for the equippment costing Rs 3500. Today they have sent me a legal notice & asked me to pay 1579.81 along with penalty.

                        Reliance Netconnect — WORST SERVICE

                        I have taken reliance net connect broadband+ from virthi communication on feb-2010, after duly submitted all docs. It was a home delivery. After 15/20 days the connection has been suspended due to address re verification. The customer care people told me to re-submit the all docs in any R World. I did the same and after a long follow up may be after 20days it has been activated. In the mean time I faced a lot of problem in my online trading and I loss a lot for this Reliance Broadband+.

                        Again I am facing the same problem from 4th June 2010, while I am in a official tour to Orissa. I call up to customer care and they told me due to doc problem your service has been bared. I sucked after billing of 4 months, what’s the question of doc verification. If my docs are wrong they could have suspended my service from day one. I feel its just a mental and financial harassment from reliance broadband+ people. Now I want my money back I have paid against the same.

                        Please help me in this regard how I will get my money back. Because I am very much fed up with this service and more over I had wasted my time and money both. Also there are so many technical problem in this Broadband+.

                        Before purchesing sales guy (Vriti - DSA of Reliance net connet)have promised me that it will give you average 2 MBPS of speed if it not happen we will refund ur amount.

                        Now a doy when i have already purchesed there product these people not attending my call.

                        Speed of theat data card is only 678bytes / Sec or some time if i am soo lucky user the i got speed of 5 - 6 KBPS

                        I have been using Reliance net connect post paid for the past 4.5years. Since, reliance has introduced Pro3 service in Delhi circle with free upgrade to existing customers, retaining the same number, I got the details and information from customer care and went to the store to upgrade my data card. The store guy is very rude and told me that he can't upgrade it free of cost and asked me to pay Rs.499 for a new connection, telling that the existing one has to be terminated. This is one of the worst response for a valuable customer. My data card number is [protected].

                              Respected sir/Madam,

                              i had brought a reliance dongle on 18th from reliance world CMH road Bangalore. After one week (initially they said it may take around 1 day to activate the netconnect+ dongle) i.e on 25th they called me and given my dongle number.

                              Now, even after that, it is not getting connected to the internet. I called to the customercare and had spoken to the people however, neiter i got any resolution nor i got an answer from the people. They are saying some unrelated answers like "there might not be signal and i will raise a complaint and Mumbai team will check and in case it is not rectified then we will send an executive to your premisis. The complaint resolution period is 3 days" (How can some one from mumbai check if there is signal in my house ???? and why they had to take 3 days for this answer ?) and then System is not good, you need to check in some other system (i tried with Tata Photon + dongle and it was working from the system) , made me install/uninstall netconnect+ software for three to four times etc etc but nothing worked fine.

                              sir/Madam, when i asked them to refund my money back, they are saying the money is not refundable and they are very reckless when i said i will go to the court(they kept me on speaker phone and some one is mocking from behind and laughing). I tried to speak to their superior but he is not ready to take the call nor the PNO officer is attending the call.Out and Out they are showing such an attitude that what a common man can do to our company and due to internet issue, yesterday i had to go to office at 2 AM becasue of some work related issues which has to be resolved.

                                    On 11th June, 2013 Rs-26 were deducted from my account for auto renewal of message pack and then refunded on the same date.
                                    On 12th June, 2013 Rs-26 were again deducted from my account for auto renewal of message pack but unfortunately it was never refunded!
                                    On 13th June, 2013 Rs-26 were again deducted from my account for auto renewal of message pack, which was successfully renewed.
                                    Despite of logging a complain on 13th June itself my balance wasn't restored!
                                    Calling your customer services has caused me nothing but disgrace as your customer service executive was being impolite and improper and kept asking for my personal details on denying to which he said due to some technical mistake he can’t help me and asked me to call after some time.
                                    I want my balance (Rs 26) to be restored immediately.

                                      I have recharged my Rel No ([protected]) with an amount of Rs.799/- .However I did'nt get any benefit of this recharge. When I contacted Customer care I was informed that I can get the benefit of this recharge only during the validity of previous 799 recharge voucher.

                                      In this case since the recharge was not successful the amount of Rs. 799 should be refunded to my account, as I have not availed any of your services for this recharge.

                                      I have paid Rs.125/- towards an offer of 325 local calls against the SMS from RM reliance at a Pawn Broker Shop at Mogappair on[protected]. By the time, my balance was -76 paise. The shop/agent told me to bring my prepaid account I had to pay another Rs.20/- so that the minus balance would be removed and I can avail the offer o[censored]sage of 325 calls at Rs.125/-. Totally I have paid Rs.145/-. But now I get recorded voice that I have no sufficient balance and recharge your account". when I had a message at my mobile for payment of this money to the agent. What happened to my remittance of Rs.145/. Now out going calls are not going. Who is cheating me either the agent or M/s. Reliance? Please re-charge my account with Rs.145/-.

                                      This is happening second time. Previously I had paid Rs.40 only for recharging the account. I got the message "Pay Rs. 40/-". I have paid but account was not credited. There was no minus balance while I was paying Rs. 40/- a month past.

                                        This complaint is regarding the non payment of a Refund of around Rs 2900/- against the Security Deposit for the ISD calling facility in the Reliance number [protected] which is in the name of my mother Mrs Pista Agarwal.
                                        I have been contacting the Reliance centers for the same and also had a conversation with a service called Reliance Secretariate who promised to resolve the problem but did not prove to do so.
                                        It has been more than 2 long years that I have kept trying. I would be really thankful to you if the matter can be resolved anyhow compensating for the problem faced by me as a customer.

                                        Reliance Communication — Deposit not refund

                                        I was canceled reliance WLL phone 18 months ago still i don't get refund my DIPOSIT. I was complain may time at my city office and i also mail to head office. They are not doing any action about that.

                                        Reliance Communications — security Deposit Not Received

                                        egarding Termination of Reliance FWP No :[protected]
                                        First Call Made for termination 0n 12/2/2009 Complaint No : 88791968 and second done on[protected]n 24/2/2009. Was supposed to receive a call within 48 Hrs for terminationand collection of Instrument. But as no phone call recd or no one came, finally the instrument was deposited on 7/3/2009 at Reliance Web world(Siddhivinay Communications), Near Basant Cinema Chembur.
                                        Balance bill was paid Rs.1120/- though it could have been adjusted against the Security Deposit. The amount of deposit to be recd against full and final payment is not known, Call centre unaware and time frame not specified.
                                        Why the amount cannot be adjusted against the payment due and why should I pay from the date of complaint for termination was given.

                                        Reliance Communications — Non refund of Security Deposit

                                        My name is Nitin Bajaj, and I’ve been a customer of Reliance Communications for over 5 years now (Phone #[protected]. I’ve been a fairly high-usage post-paid customer, and have always paid my bills in time, in full.

                                        Over the last two years, I’ve been facing issues with call quality as well as lack of Nokia S60 handsets on RComm and so I finally decided to move to GSM based services. I however did not want to give up my Reliance number, so I asked for a migration to the cheapest post-paid plan and a refund of my deposit. I was informed that Reliance Communications would not be able to refund my deposit, but could adjust my monthly bill against the same until it is exhausted. Now, at the rate of Rs. 140 per monthly bill for the lowest plan, it would take 42 months (3.5 years) to exhaust the deposit, not a practical solution for me. I was informed that the only way I can get my deposit back is if I converted to pre-paid. Therefore, on the 27th of April, I visited the Reliance Web World outlet at Filmnagar, Hyderabad to apply for a conversion from post-paid to pre-paid, and a refund of my deposit. I was given a Request #95921457 for same, and was told that the conversion would take place in 4 to 5 days, and my deposit would be refunded in 45 days.

                                        To my surprise, I got a SMS on the 15th of May, saying that my bill of Rs 145 for April 2009 is overdue. I paid the bill immediately online and on the 22d of May, I went to the same Reliance Web World to find out what was going on. To my great surprise, not to mention irritation, I was informed that the conversion had not happened and also the refund request had been closed without processing. The lady at the customer service desk was unable to provide a satisfactory answer as to why this was happening. In resignation, I requested again for a conversion and refund – to which I was again informed that the whole process would have to be restarted, and it would take another 45 days for the process to close.

                                        I am leaving the country for an extended period in a few days time, and I would have dearly loved to close this before I left. However, I accepted that there was nothing I could do in the face of this insane bureaucracy that is RComm and asked that the refund cheque be sent over to my parent’s address as I would be vacating my current address on May 31st. I was given an assurance that this would be done as soon as possible.

                                        I received another SMS yesterday (28th May), saying that your bill up to 22nd May has been despatched. I just called up customer care and to my utter horror, was informed that the request for conversion and refund has been closed without processing. I asked what do I need to do to fix this, and I was told to go to the same Web World and call up customer service from there.

                                        I cannot take this anymore. Seriously. Rs. 6000 may not be a big amount for Mr. Ambani, but it is for me. I earn every paisa by working hard and honestly. I want, in fact, I demand, justice.

                                        I had taken Reliance WLL phone in 2006. The number was[protected]. I have surrendered the phone on 30th december 2008. According to the rules of reliance communications, the amount is refunded in 45 days but after 6 months, I have still not received my refund. The staff in Nasik office are not even attending us and in after calling in pune head office we do not receive satisfied answers. I dont know when I will receive my refund.

Address UG/320, Shiv shakti complex, Ram Chowk, Ghod Dhod Road, Surat on 08/12/2009 along with all the documents. Again I have mailed on 8'th March but my refund did not come.
