[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — No action taken even after 3 months

This is unbeleivable. How much i can be patient. After more than 15 mails, more than 100 calls, more than 15 visits nothing has happened even after 3 months.
If this is the way a customer is treated then please take some appropriate action against the people concerned.I bought the device 3 months back and my details were wrongly entered by a reliance webworld employee(he swapped my data card with another guy).I followed to get it corrected and since then on i am being fooled day after day.Still in my user profile i see someone else's name .Three times i have paid the bill that too i think i am paying for the usage of that other guy not mine.Once Rs 808 then Rs 1400 and Rs 1700 .If and when i want to get some information as to why my net is not working(maybe when the credit limit is exceeded or whatever may be the reason) the people ask my information for the number and the information does not match since i told you that it is reliance web world fault.Why am i suffering for last 3 months i dont yet know .I bought this device from Reliance Web World Nigdi Branch, pune and they are making a fool of me from then on.Every time Savita(Nigdi branch incharge) says that the problem will be solved in next 2 days and 3 months have passed.She says that an ownership transfer form is to be processed and since its the company's fault hence the process will take a bit of time.How much time does this company need to rectify this mistake. Enough is enough .

I am Vijaya Krishna Seemakurthi, .
I bought reliance Net connect device 5 months back, after using 1 month and I am unable to pay the rent as it was registered by another name.
This is the worst situation I had never faced that registering the connection on another unknown person even after submitting all (almost 10 documents) the required documents as the proof
Rectify your mistake as soon as possible and let me know the status

This mail is you people are not at all answering to my phone calls even I tried lot of times from last 1 month

Note: It very ridiculous and I am very frustrated that even I will escalate to higher level if you not responding me immediately
