MY COMPANY IS A REGULAR RELIANCE CUSTOMER. WE ARE USING RELIANCE NET CONNECT CARD BEARING NUMBER: [protected] SINCE FROM NOVEMBER-2007. I RECEIVED THIS FROM RELIANCE
JHARSUGUDA( ORISSA). AFTER THAT MY SERVICE TRANSFERED TO ANGUL(ORISSA) ON DECEMBER 2007.
AS PER ADVICE OF ANGUL RELIANCE OFFICE I HAVE APPLIED FOR MY CHANGE OF ADDRESS WITH PROPER DOCUMENTS. LIKE THAT I HVE 3 TIMES I APPLIED IN ANGUL OFFICE.
BUT TILL DATE MY CHANGE OF ADDRESS NOT RECEIVED. AND I AM NOT GETTING MY BILL.
TO DAY I WENT TO YOUR RELIANCE OFFICE FOR PAYMENT. BUT HE REFUSED TO GIVE BILL AND NOT ATALL GIVEN ANY RESPONSE. MR.BIRAN KUMAR DAS(THE ONLY PERSON AVILABLE THAT TIME AT 6.45 PM) TOLD THAT IF YOU WANT TO GIVE COMPLAINT YOU CAN GIVE I DONT CARE. LIKE THAT IRRESPOSIBLE REPLY ONLY I RECEIVED.WITH OUT BILL HOW CAN I WILL GIVE ACCOUNTS TO MY COMPANY.
KINDLY TAKE ACTION AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

Reliance Net Connect — change of tariff
On 27th of aug i requested for a broadband in internet same day i got a call from reliance he told that i[censored] buy today itsel[censored] r plan will be 900 per month for 10gb, same day he sent a person to collect the money i paid 3500/- he told that it will be activated by towmore and gave a receipt of 3500/- on behalf of VRITI INFOCOM PVT.LTD., next day i waited in the house for the verification no one came i called the person who deliveried the moudem he dint recived the call, then i called this VRITI i came to know that there office is in (U.P) NOIDA, i called them they told the same thing today it will be activated i called couple of times this is a STD CALL for me, on 31th on person came to verfication to my house, this guy has no balance in his mobile he gave a miss call, i called him he verfied and went same day i called this VRITI told that it will be activated today i will call u back, till then no one called from VRITI INFOCOM PVT., LTD., then i gave a call for call center they told it has been avtivated i asked them on what plan i am, they replyed it 15gb 1700/- they r telling there is no plan of 900/-pm 10gb, so please suggest what should i do?Reliance Netconnect — Non updation of Bill payment

HiWe are using relaince net connect from past 3 years. and one day suddenly they disconenct all services without intimating. on visiting their centre we came to know that our documents mismatch, we submitted the required documents again and then also they have not yet updated the documents. more than 15 days have gone

Reliance Netconnect — Rude & Irresponsible behavior of customer service is bringing Bad Name to Reliance comm.
Rude & Irresponsible behavior of customer service is bringing Bad Name to Relaince comm.My company is a regular reliance customer we are using netconnect cards of relaice bearing Nos.[protected] &[protected] for the last 2 years I Just wanted to change the tariff plan After repeatedly bringing it to notice of the customer support @ [protected] To Ms. Anju at Chandigarh, my genuine problem is not solved and ultimately i had to decide shifting to some other service provider. Because of irresponsible behavior of the customer care person Ms. Anju & Mr Krishna at[protected]. and a person at[protected] all my efforts went futile.
I am seriously thinking of going to costumer protection court for claiming for compensation for my financial losses due to irresponsible behavior from reliance.
