Reliance Netconnect — Unsatisfactory internet connectivity/speed due to switch from high fare to low fare plan

I bought Reliance ZTE CDMA 1X modem for internet connectivity at a prce of rupees 75 per month, it was a unlimited usage at the time of purchase. The purchase was made in feb or March 2008. The 750 plan become chargeable after 1 gb without notification to the customers. My plan stayed the same even this non communication. Later on i found my interenet usage was not that much, so i went to change my plan from 750 to some 440 plan which offers 20 hours in the night and 20 hours in the day, which satifies my usage as i just connect for mail. Soon, the connectivity went worst, it was not the same that i used to get while i was on 750 plan, i never had a single issue. Now that i connect to the modem it always shows me limited connectivity and it goes off after 3 minutes. It does not open even a single web page and shows me error Ïnternet can't find the page". On this i called up Reliance customer care and explained them what is happening after the change in plan, they inturn explained me that it is not so and the low connectivity is because of my system. They tried providing me the useless and regular standard documneted resolutions like "clear internet history and cookies, etc, Sir, i told them that i have been into the IT firm for more that 4 years now and i know how to update the system moreover i have the highest configuration hp laptop which can't have problem like that. Then i was assured of a request is been logged and i was provided with the reference number, and that a engineer would call me soon, that soon was quite late and was around the evening time while i was leaving the office and i was not carrying the system along with me . The lady engineer took next day's morning time and never retuned back again. It is been now two weeks that i have not heard from them. and i am still annoyed and facing the same issue.
Kindly look into the matter as cust9omer with the low plans should notbe ignored this way. the money is not flowng from the river anyways, it is hardly earned and we should be provided worth for it. The services that is not solving my purpose is even expensive for rupees 440. Thus incase the matter is unresolved i am forces to leave reliance for their ignorant behavior.
This is the second bad experience that i hav with relaince now. I was a mobile customer with them till last year and due to non communicated increases in monthlty rentals i had to leave their services. I was paying 800 rupees every month for making no calls. relaince was quite happy to have a stupid customer for two and half years and enjoyed good rental for no usage. They do a customer profitability analysis, should not they call and tell customers on their new plans as matching customers usage.
