Reliance Netconnect — Reliance charging me after they disconnect their services | |
Hello There, My name is Umesh Kenchenahalli. I took a Reliance Netconnect broadband services in the month of November 14 2008. In the beginning i choose high usage option. In the month of march i requested Reliance to change my plan from high usage to 650 Rs 1 GB plan. When i received bill i realized that Reliance didnot changed the plan as i requested. I contacted Reliance to revise the bill & i paid 600 Rs only. First they apologized & agreed to give some discount. Then reliance claimed that my usage was high. I asked for the proof. Reliance did not send any. Then Reliance disconnected the Internet services (I believe in mid march) & asked to pay the balance. I told Reliance to restart the services first as my business is hurting because of lack of internet. I requested Reliance again to restart the internet services, & compensate me for disconnecting internet as it was Reliance fault. Reliance did not respond. Reliance kept internet services disconnected. Now Reliance also charged for April & May month where Reliance completely disconnected internet services. Why i should pay when i am not received any service.Pl. get me justice. I have been using Reliance Netconnect connection from last 3 months with the teriff plan of Rs. 850/- per month. I have been complaining about MY USEAGE page on the reliance web site not showing anything or says to keep trying again and again. My bill has crossed the limits which is not yet disclosed on the web page. I don't know the usage according to the MBs downloaded. The bill states an X amount of Mb is downloaded and i have been charged for it. I am very much sure that I have not downloaded half of it also. Why should i pay for the useage which i have not used. I request you to send me a copy of my useage or if you can display it on MY USEAGE Html Page. Please try to sort my problem as the earliest before the due date. If my connection is discontinued within this span of time then i would take a serious action for this. This is a humble request please sort out my problem.
