Hi,

I have taken reliance net connect device by paying more than 2000 rs, for sometime the net connection worked okay but after that I was getting terrible speed of 10kbps i.e 2% of what i am paying for (3.6MBPS) and i had to frequently reconnect which was very annoying, so on 7th March I register complain to reliance customer care and they said there is some problem with there network in the area where i use it and it will be repaired soon, they did not give me any date and opened the ticket, also they gave me discount of 400+ rs which was just less than 40% of my original bill where as connection was 2% of what I was paying for..so I asked them for calculation and opened several tickets for same issues but they closed my all tickets without talking to me or letting me know...finally i had to go for different subscriber and when i received bill or May I asked them to give discount in this bill as well since the problem was not solved but there was no reply from there side for long time and i kept writing them and one day i get call saying "IF I knew there is problem In network then Why am I opening tickets..."since then I am writing them emails to give answer that IF issues is not resolved from your end whey should I pay you the rent? but there is no reply in mean time I have also aksed them to close my connection on 21st may and today i get email saying provide us with following details to close the connection and it will take 15 days to process it and iwll have to pay for those 15 days.... so my points are

1) Since Reliance is not able to provide me the service that I am paying for , how can they ask for money from me?
2) When they gave me discount why cant they tell me the formula used for calculating the discount?
3) If the same problem for which i got discount in one month continues in next month ,why cant I get discount again?
4) Why my connection is still active if I have given request to close it on 21st may ?
5) Since reliance is not capable of providing service should they not pay me back for the device that i bought for 2000 which is of no use to me now?

please let me know how can I get rid of these guys and ask them to pay me for all the harassment i had to go thru?

I have already given my phone number N number of times and repeatedly telling that I am flying out of country on 13th eve so call me before that and resolve it but never got any call from your side to resolve it..

Reliance Net Connect — Harrasment by the Company

I have purchased a data card from reliance net connect, which i have been using since last 2 years and have been paying the dues before due date always. but recently when i have surrendered the data card back to the company along with all the outstanding amounts due unto that. But to my surprise the well known company, reliance has sent certain recovery agents and they have calling every single day on all phone numbers for an amount of rs. 500 which is not due actually rather i must get the refund of the deposit amount of approximately Rs. 700.00 - 800.00 there is no regulator watching this companies doing all sort of illegal stuff.
