[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Data card not yet received | |
I have applied for reliance netconnect Data card (Reliance Netconnect High Speed 1x ) on 21-Dec-2009. I've made payment through internet banking (website Connectindia.in) of Rs.2,250/-. The sales official of the website committed me the delivery of card in 24 hours. I have not yet received the data card (till today 25-Jan-2010). We are trying to contact reliance data card officials (Mr. Kamlesh Ozha [protected]) on phone but he is not answering the phone neither he is willing to deliver the data card. I was about to get a assignment from a company to do for which we needed internet at home. The opportunity (of Rs.50,000/-) is lost due to non availability of the internet and I would blame reliance company for loss of opportunity for me due to their faulty sales network. Please help me to get my money back alongwith the damage they did to me.

i can not want to purchase reliance data card, please cancel my online order.

Reliance Netconnect High Speed Data Card — Data card is not activated yet
Hi Sir,I purchased one Reliance Netconnect High speed data card at 18th July 2009 through internet booking but the card is not activated yet.
I call to the customer care but every time I got same resolution that your request is in solving stage. I brought this connection through Vriti Infocom (channel partner) but now nobody is replying me why the delay is happening.
I would like to bring in to your notice that at the time of purchase vriti infocom persons told me that your connection will be activated with in 72 Hrs but now it one week and still they ask for more time.
I also send mails to reliance customer care/vriti/reliance net connect but still I haven't received any positive response from them.
Now I request you to please look into the matter and suggest me what I have to do.
