[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Data card disconnected due to address verification failed

Hi Team, I have taken Reliance datacard (Netconnect+) - [protected] - postpaid 10GB package. After 15 days it has been disconnected/suspended saying that my address verification failed. Frankly, I have taken the datacard from third party who is not reachable now and while taking that connection I have provided my passport as both photo Identity and address proof which belongs to Andra Pradesh. As, I took it in chennai, I dont have any address proof on my name here in Chennai. While taking the card, he just asked me to mention the PG address that I stayed during that time. Now my data card was disconnected since last 20 days I am unable to access the internet. Can you please help? I have walk down the Reliance outlet in T-Nagar, Chennai. They said that they will send an email to verification team explaining my situation, till date I have not received any call/update on this from them. If there is no work around, straight away only way to disconnect it permanantly. Even I called the customer care for that, they said that only once it is activated then only they can submit the termination request. Funny thing is if it is activated why will I go for the disconnection. This is really frustating, I fear that my money 1400 for the data card go waste. Please help me.
