Reliance Netconnect — delay in termination | |||
Hello sir.I have complain against reliance netconnect plus.I have earlier complained that reliance is not taking my request for termination of my number [protected] after that reliance executive assured me to resolve my problem within 15 days. I requested them to terminate my datacard number [protected] on 12 march but they did not take it.But later on 16 february they took my request and gave me the request ID[protected] and assured me that my connection will be terminated.I am not using datacard for last 20 days that is why i dont want any bill. Sir I dont want any current month bill because I am not using this connection and requested to termination.I have all mailed from reliance as a proof of my word.I have cleared all dues of reliance on 15 february.sir plz suggest me viable option against reliance.
