Reliance Netconnect — Faulty System (Deducting Incorrect Charges) | |||
This complaint is in regards to not getting the tariff plan as promised by the company. On 19th May, 2011, I recharged for Rs 37/- (Thirty Seven Rupees Only) on my Reliance CDMA Prepaid Connection 93215XXXXX. As per the terms and conditions of Rs 37/- recharge, all STD calls made to Gujarat should be charged Rs 0.25 per minute for next 30 days as validity for this recharge is for 30 days. On 6th June, 2011, after making lot of STD calls to Gujarat when I checked my prepaid account balance, I found that I am still being charged Rs 0.50 per minute for all STD calls made to Gujarat and not Rs 0.25 per minute. Later when I checked call history details of my cell phone, I found all these days since I recharged my cell phone for Rs 37/- STV, I have been charged Rs 0.50 per minute instead of Rs 0.25 per minute for STD calls made to Gujarat. I immediately lodged complaint on 7th June, 2011 (Monday Night) at 01:44 am (Complaint Reference Number as[protected]. The same problem of wrong charges was repeated on 12th June 2011 at around 19:21 hrs IST when I called Ahmedabad (Gujarat) based landline number 079-2750xxxx from my Reliance CDMA Prepaid Number: 93215XXXX. This call lasted for little less than 10 minutes and I was charged Rs 5/- instead of Rs 2.50/-. I once again got charged Rs 0.50/min instead of Rs 0.25/min as I have recharged my cell phone for Rs 37/- STV allowing me to make outbound calls to Gujarat Rs 0.25/min. I immediately lodged another complaint (complaint[protected]. The conclusion is their system is not able to recognize the calls made to Landline Numbers of Ahmedabad, hence system is charging at the regular rate instead of discounted rate. But team at Reliance is not able to understand it and they have not given the refund even though I have provided all the information in detail in my complaint. i am also one of the victim of the reliance netconnect i bought the connection at december and i closed the connection on janauary but he never stopped me sending me bill i went to the reliance world again and again but there was just a consolidated response they say "dont worry" its not a problem we will do it right.
finally i got a notice from court to be present before lokadalath i was shocked then i again went to the reliance world the answer was the same finally i have to pay 3000/ rs without any mistake of mine. there are 1000s of people who daily come to the lok adalath daily all are reliance company victims.
The reliance is the biggest frauds i have paid 3000/ rs without any reason the actual fault was the companies but i was the victim.
how do you think that they have the crores this is the reason. Never go to any reliance postpaid or prepaid products. this is a kind request to all indians never buy these frauds products.

Reliance Netconnect — Incorrect Charges
Hello Sir,My NetConnect no. (phone no.) is [protected].
I have been charged Rs. 149 wrongly for the Bill period of[protected] to[protected]. I exchanged almost 50 mails and even after that got adjustment of Rs 99 only. When I asked for explaination for those charges they had no answer. After sometimes I stopped mailing them as I got tired of getting same replys that "my complaint has been forwarded to concerned department" bla bla.
But for last month (May-Jun) I have been charged 50 bucks extra with a comment "Late Payment". I always pay through credit card or Net Banking, this time when I was trying to pay online Reliance website was showing some error and displaying message to try later. I tried for 3 days and didn't able to pay on time and this was also my fault that their website was not working properly.
Presently I am living in Noida Sec 44 I have sent lots of complaints regarding poor connectivity and pathetic downloading speed (downloading speed: 3-4 kps) but Reliance people have become deaf, no one is hearing and doing anything.
