Dear Customer,
As per the discussion we have tried for the replacement of Dongle but it is not the concern of Reliance as the Dongle is yours own property which was purchased by you from the Store and not from the Reliance Gallery and one thing is also not at all concern when your Dongle is not under warranty.

If you are interested in closing the same then kindly make the payment for which the amount is already forwarded to you as this is the only amount for which the waiver will be passed and your a/c will be closed.
